Hampton by Hilton Malaga Martiricos

I stayed for three nights. While the room was clean, I was very disappointed with the service. ・At check-in, I was given a king-size bed despite booking a twin room. I confirmed my reservation multiple times—it was definitely for two single beds. However, I was told otherwise at the front desk. ・Wi-Fi was unusable for the first two days. Although I was given a password at check-in, I couldn’t connect. When I asked, I was told the Wi-Fi had been down since the previous morning and that it was managed by another company. I understand it’s outsourced, but the staff’s response—implying it wasn’t their problem—was frustrating. ・Housekeeping was concerning. On day one, cleaning soap was left on the desk. On day two, the trash bin with an open lid was left on the desk, which was quite unpleasant. ・I ordered food at the bar next to reception and was told I could eat it in my room. The next day, the dishes were still there, so I brought them to the front desk. I was told, “I don’t know what to do with this.” I understand there’s no room service, but I found this response very unhelpful. Was I supposed to leave the dishes in the room? ・The elevator requires a room key to operate, which is good for security, but my key rarely worked. It sometimes took over 10 tries, and I often missed the elevator. It was very stressful. I had looked forward to this stay, but overall, it became a frustrating experience.

エアコンが行き届いており、毎日快適に過ごせました。 朝食もメニューが豊富で大変満足でした。 水の支給が初日のみであったが、毎日出るとよかった。

Location too far out . Very difficult parking on street. Car park v expensive. Good service , structure and rooms . Hotel food avoid expensive and warmed up supermarket quality.

The room was cleaned each day to a high standard, the staff very helpful, breakfast was good but limited after a certain time, air conditioning was a god send in 35 degree heat.

Nos alojamos 2 noches en el Hampton by Hilton Malaga. El balance general fue positivo, pero el check-in nocturno (23:00 h) fue inaceptable. Reservamos una habitación con cama matrimonial y sofá cama. Nadie nos informó —ni por Expedia ni en dos llamadas previas— que el sofá cama requería aviso previo y tenía costo extra. Además, el personal nos dijo de muy malas formas que no había sábanas disponibles hasta el día siguiente. Para colmo, la cerradura de la habitación estaba rota y nos reubicaron en una de categoría inferior (solo una cama matrimonial, sin sofá). La respuesta del personal fue insólita: "El sofá cama es mínimo, la diferencia es mínima entre tenerlo y no". Es inadmisible que el hotel minimice un cambio de categoría por el que se pagó más y que pretendan cobrar un extra sin previo aviso. El problema no fue la disponibilidad de camas individuales, sino la degradación del servicio. Afortunadamente, dos horas después llegó el amable empleado Francisco, quien resolvió el problema de forma impecable: nos dio una habitación extra esa noche para compensar el error y al día siguiente nos trasladó a la categoría correspondiente con dos camas individuales. A partir de ahí, todo perfecto. El hotel está bien ubicado, limpio y bien decorado. Las camas son cómodas, el desayuno es adecuado y el baño tiene excelente presión y calefacción. Volvería por las instalaciones, pero es preciso dar la información adecuada

Hotel excelente. Bom pequeno almoço, quartos espaçosos e tudo muito limpo.

Konum olarak Malaga merkeze çok uzak değil sakin ve nezih bir bölgede. Bildiğimiz Hilton, çalışanlar anlayışlı girişte kredi kartı ile depozito alınıyor bilginize. Kahvaltısı çok zayıf Hilton otellerde insan biraz daha çeşitlilik bekliyor en azından yerel lezzetler.

Excelente hotel. Super indico pela localização, pelos serviços, funcionários e pelas instalações.

Wifi was a bit unstable. Had to change room. Breakfast is a bit boring ... You can reach the main centre in 15 mins walking, which was convenient. Nice views, silent area with a market nearby.

Room we stayed in a standard double layout of the room poorly designed with no wardrobe space no bedside space just a shelf and a empty box shape x a L shaped hard box sofa which was so close to the bed you couldn’t sit on it x Lifts two out of the four were being repaired the two nights we were there x some of the staff we off hand and the cleaning staff we hoovering outside our room waiting for us to leave x if staying at the hotel and driving bear in mind you can’t park in the car park without checking in first and free parking is non existent x it’s better suited for business clients not holiday makers x
