I stayed for three nights. While the room was clean, I was very disappointed with the service. ・At check-in, I was given a king-size bed despite booking a twin room. I confirmed my reservation multiple times—it was definitely for two single beds. However, I was told otherwise at the front desk. ・Wi-Fi was unusable for the first two days. Although I was given a password at check-in, I couldn’t connect. When I asked, I was told the Wi-Fi had been down since the previous morning and that it was managed by another company. I understand it’s outsourced, but the staff’s response—implying it wasn’t their problem—was frustrating. ・Housekeeping was concerning. On day one, cleaning soap was left on the desk. On day two, the trash bin with an open lid was left on the desk, which was quite unpleasant. ・I ordered food at the bar next to reception and was told I could eat it in my room. The next day, the dishes were still there, so I brought them to the front desk. I was told, “I don’t know what to do with this.” I understand there’s no room service, but I found this response very unhelpful. Was I supposed to leave the dishes in the room? ・The elevator requires a room key to operate, which is good for security, but my key rarely worked. It sometimes took over 10 tries, and I often missed the elevator. It was very stressful. I had looked forward to this stay, but overall, it became a frustrating experience.

Konum olarak Malaga merkeze çok uzak değil sakin ve nezih bir bölgede. Bildiğimiz Hilton, çalışanlar anlayışlı girişte kredi kartı ile depozito alınıyor bilginize. Kahvaltısı çok zayıf Hilton otellerde insan biraz daha çeşitlilik bekliyor en azından yerel lezzetler.

Wifi was a bit unstable. Had to change room. Breakfast is a bit boring ... You can reach the main centre in 15 mins walking, which was convenient. Nice views, silent area with a market nearby.

Room we stayed in a standard double layout of the room poorly designed with no wardrobe space no bedside space just a shelf and a empty box shape x a L shaped hard box sofa which was so close to the bed you couldn’t sit on it x Lifts two out of the four were being repaired the two nights we were there x some of the staff we off hand and the cleaning staff we hoovering outside our room waiting for us to leave x if staying at the hotel and driving bear in mind you can’t park in the car park without checking in first and free parking is non existent x it’s better suited for business clients not holiday makers x

The breakfast was fresh with a lot of varieties, the staff were quite pleasant and the air conditioning was perfect, I will recommend Hilton Hotels anytime to other travelers.

Zimmer war eigentlich gut, bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten: - man konnte das Fenster nicht komplett aufmachen, frische Luft hat etwas gefehlt, Klimaanlage konnte das nicht komplett ersetzen - Nach dem Bettwäsche Wechsel, haben wir andere Bettwäsche bekommen, es war mit 40% Polyester und das vertrage ich überhaupt nicht - Frühstück eher sparsam und das schlimme nach dem Rührei haben wir Bauchschmerzen bekommen Was war gut: - Die Lage gut-sehr gut - Ausblick sehr schön - Zimmer relativ neu - Sauber - WLAN 50-100k Mbit/s - Dusche gut-sehr gut - Großer Fernseher falls jemand braucht - Bügeleisen und Brett im Zimmer - Wasserkocher - Kleiner Kühlschrank für Getränke

Staff was very helpful. Provided a lot of information on various types of transportation available. Breakfast had a good selection for everyone.

This is a great hotel! Great location. Definitely plan to stay here again. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. We had some really good chats and laughs. There is no restaurant. However, I liked the way guests congregated in the lobby area which had snacks like pizza, chips, and served drinks. It felt like your favorite neighborhood bar. I didn't know anyone. But it felt like I did. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I LOVED my room. It had great views. It was clean fro the most part. My shower could have use a little more cleaning behind the shower door. The carpet next to my bed could have used some vacuuming. These things didn't take away from the overall feel of modern comfort. The mini fridge was super quiet. I didn't even know it was there until I opened the cabinet. I loved the couch. I loved the spacious bathroom. The breakfast was awesome! So much variety! There were always two servers helping to make sure the area was clean. So thoughtful, helpful, and professional. Ruben is the best. I could ramble on about this hotel for days. If you stay, get the printed handout of restaurants. Also, ask the staff about their favorite places. A big thank you to them for making our stay incredible stay. The only possible drawback of this hotel is that the doors to the rooms do not close slowly. Inconsiderate guests would let them slam and consequently shake what felt like the entire floor. Not cool at 1, 2, or 3 in the morning.
