I stayed for three nights. While the room was clean, I was very disappointed with the service. ・At check-in, I was given a king-size bed despite booking a twin room. I confirmed my reservation multiple times—it was definitely for two single beds. However, I was told otherwise at the front desk. ・Wi-Fi was unusable for the first two days. Although I was given a password at check-in, I couldn’t connect. When I asked, I was told the Wi-Fi had been down since the previous morning and that it was managed by another company. I understand it’s outsourced, but the staff’s response—implying it wasn’t their problem—was frustrating. ・Housekeeping was concerning. On day one, cleaning soap was left on the desk. On day two, the trash bin with an open lid was left on the desk, which was quite unpleasant. ・I ordered food at the bar next to reception and was told I could eat it in my room. The next day, the dishes were still there, so I brought them to the front desk. I was told, “I don’t know what to do with this.” I understand there’s no room service, but I found this response very unhelpful. Was I supposed to leave the dishes in the room? ・The elevator requires a room key to operate, which is good for security, but my key rarely worked. It sometimes took over 10 tries, and I often missed the elevator. It was very stressful. I had looked forward to this stay, but overall, it became a frustrating experience.

It within the historical center, but conveniently close to it. Facilities impeccable, with excellent attention by staff. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast so-so, but hey! it’s included! We drove there and parking was convenient, just paid 27€ per day. We would come back any day!

A newly built hotel with modern and clean facilities. Breakfast was generous with many options. The only downside was the location, which was about 25 minute walk to the old town.

Breakfast was good very fresh items. Air conditioning was great with no noise ideal for sleeping. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent! They were very professional but also friendly, patient, and very helpful! They made my week very special and so easy! Maria was the one staff member that I saw the most and she was always ready and willing to help and offer suggestions! Furthermore, This hotel is close to downtown but not close to all the noise and traffic! I would definitely recommend this hotel! It was clean, safe, and accessible!

Airconditioning werkte prima! Groot supermarkt voor de deur. En een klein winkelcentrum op 10 min lopen. Verschillende buslijnen stoppen voor de deur, dus makkelijk gebruik van openbaar vervoer. Het hotel zelf is supermodern, nieuw en schoon en een heerlijk ontbijt. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima hotel voor als je dicht genoeg bij de stad wil zitten maar niet midden in de drukte.

It is a good property. Rooms are ok. I was given a very small room even though I reserved another category. But it is functional and in good condition as it was recently built. 2 things 8 want to stress. 1- breakfast needs improvement. It lacks a lot. 2- if you dom’t mind walking 15 to the “casco antiguo” you will be ok here.

Nice hotel, clean room. Not a ton of amenities (eg. No gym) but has a great front desk area with snacks, beverages etc. Not much in the area for grabbing a bite or some drinks, but it's not a long walk to much of the action.
