I stayed for three nights. While the room was clean, I was very disappointed with the service. ・At check-in, I was given a king-size bed despite booking a twin room. I confirmed my reservation multiple times—it was definitely for two single beds. However, I was told otherwise at the front desk. ・Wi-Fi was unusable for the first two days. Although I was given a password at check-in, I couldn’t connect. When I asked, I was told the Wi-Fi had been down since the previous morning and that it was managed by another company. I understand it’s outsourced, but the staff’s response—implying it wasn’t their problem—was frustrating. ・Housekeeping was concerning. On day one, cleaning soap was left on the desk. On day two, the trash bin with an open lid was left on the desk, which was quite unpleasant. ・I ordered food at the bar next to reception and was told I could eat it in my room. The next day, the dishes were still there, so I brought them to the front desk. I was told, “I don’t know what to do with this.” I understand there’s no room service, but I found this response very unhelpful. Was I supposed to leave the dishes in the room? ・The elevator requires a room key to operate, which is good for security, but my key rarely worked. It sometimes took over 10 tries, and I often missed the elevator. It was very stressful. I had looked forward to this stay, but overall, it became a frustrating experience.

New hotel in a great location to the Malaga FC stadium. 20 minute walk to city and maybe a bit longer to train station.

Brand new property, good service, comfortable rooms and great breakfast.

Well designed rooms, immaculate. Breakfast was great, good selection of food. Check in was quick and easy. We could leave our bags for the day. The room was cleaned even though we only booked for 2 nights and they replenished clean towels and tea and coffee which you don’t always get when you book somewhere for a weekend.

The hotel is modern with great amenities. The food was amazing. Fantastic customer service. Malaga downtown view from our bedroom window especially at night was breathtaking. I would come back to a Hampton Holiday inn hotel again on our next travel.

Ontbijt is uitgebreid, maar meeste gerechten smakelijkloos, goedkoopste fabrieksbrood, cake en koekjes supergroot. Er stond bij uitstekend ontbijt 9.4: nou die mensen hebben blijkbaar nog nooit een echt goed ontbijt gehad

Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast options were more than plenty. It can seem somewhat off putting by the neighbourhood, but we walked (15 min) to downtown Malaga with no problem. My only feedback - if you’re driving there’s no drop off zone or area! What seems as the entrance to parking garage is the exit gate. You can access parking garage door (green) which is about 100 meters down the road, but you need your hotel card to access! Hotel can really use a drop off area!!

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Our room was quite small. No where to sit. The small desk was not accessible where it was tucked in the corner. The showers was a good size and had all the necessary appointments. The water was warm, it would have been nice to get hotter water. Great stay. Good location. Walking distance to downtown. Felt safe and parking is secure. Overall very good
