The hotel and the room have modern design and they are clean and very nice. The staffs are also polite and gentle. We were three people and the room was large enough. We were very satisfied with staying here. Thank you very much!

中心部からメトロで５分、きれいで部屋も大きめなホテル。部屋によっては、クラブ隣接しているので、深夜から朝方まで外が騒がしい。

すごい綺麗で快適でした！！ 友人と卒業旅行に来てたので最高の思い出になりました！ 朝食のクロワッサンも美味しかったです！！

スタッフは親切で、施設について丁寧に説明してくれました。エスプレッソマシン、IHコンロ2口、調理器具などついており、充実しています。色んなところにコンセントの差し込み口があるので便利です。シャワールームも広い！周辺も静かで過ごしやすくfontana駅、gracia駅が使えて中心部まで近いので便利でした。バルセロナは次もここかな。

중심지에서 약간 떨어져있어서 도보로 많이 걷게되는 곳이나 교통은 편리합니다 요리를 할수있는 미니 주방이 있고, 방이 정말 넓습니다 하지만 방음이 안되고 1층에 늦게까지하는 식당이 있어서 밤에 너무 시끄러웠습니다 그리고 저녁에 카운터에 계신 분 정말 불쾌합니다 저희 체크인할때 호텔약관 (약관 내용도 정당하지않았습니다)을 내밀길래 읽고 사인하는데 한 3분 걸렸나싶은데 입으로 혀차는 소리를 내면서 상대방을 무시하는 태도를 노골적으로 보였습니다. 그 외에도 억지로 응대하는 태도가 역력했고, 본인 기준에 필요한 말만 던졌으며, 호텔 시설에 대한 안내도 없었습니다. 인종차별이라고 느꼈으며, 이 직원 때문에 호텔에서의 경험이 최악이었습니다. 동양인들에게 비추천합니다. 기분 다 잡쳐요.

Quartier super bien desservi en transport

We had paid almost £417.00 for a 3-night stay from 12 -15 July. During our road trip to the airport, I began feeling unwell. My illness presentation became severe while at the airport, and for that reason, I agreed to the advice to seek medical attention and not to travel. A postponment request was placed with the accommodation to allow for rescheduling the date, but sadly, the request was denied. Losing all our 3 nights' payment without a concession is rather dispiriting and cruel...

Staff need be more simpatico and when the guest ask some question if did know , can find out . This very helpful.

Convenient, spacious room, clean. Would definitely stay here if ill be in Barcelona again. Staff are nice and helpful too!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in outside of North America. I'm very happy that I chose the HG City Suites for my stay in Barcelona. After I decided not to stay in the City Center I looked for a place outside of that area and after a lot of searching on Google Earth, chose Gracia and the HG City Suites and I'm glad I did. The rooms are spacious (bigger than many of the rooms in the City Center) and quiet and the kitchen area (with a microwave, fridge and range) was a real bonus! We were able to shop for food at an amazing market only a couple of blocks away and have a nice breakfast in the room every morning. The hotel is in a very nice and safe neighborhood with several small restaurants and cafes close by. And the hotel is only a couple of blocks from a subway line (L6 and L7) that can take you to Plaza Catalunya (2 stops) and many other places. The HG price was right, the location was very nice and the staff was great. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful front desk employees who speak fluent English. We were visiting Spain for the first time. They answered many of our questions patiently! The little kitchenette was helpful. Grocery stores, restaurants and Metro (subway) station are in short walking distance. Safe and walkable neighborhood, not flooded with tourists but in convenient reach from attractions.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel de Barcelone. Il est très bien placé : métro et restaurants à proximité. La chambre était très agréable, confortable et grande. Une petite kitchenette est a disposition. Le personnel a toujours été très agréable. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour 😊

The property had good location, good dining options nearby, lovely shops

Easily connected with metro to access all of the sights of Barcelona. Staff were extremely professional and friendly throughout our stay. I'm so glad we found this hotel. We will definitely look to book with HG Suites again.
