スタッフはフレンドリーでとても助けになってくれる。メトロ駅から近いので、便利。エレベーターがある。部屋はせまいが、清潔である。壁が薄いて隣の部屋からの声が聞こえてくる。

スタッフはみんな笑顔で対応してくれて優しいです。また、水やコーヒーが無料で飲み放題で、すごく助かりました！

バルセロナマラソン出場のために利用しました。オスタルという、いわば部屋貸しのスタイルで、宿泊料が安いので、寝るだけと割り切ればいいかなと。いいところは交通の便利なこと。エスパニョール広場から徒歩10分。最寄り駅からは徒歩3分。近くにはバルやスーパーマーケットがあり、不便は感じない。ただしトイレ、シャワーが共同。肝心な時にトイレットペーパーが切れていたこともあったり、共同冷蔵庫に入れておいたジュースが飲まれてしまったり、昔の下宿のような感じ。

料金が安いので仕方ないのですが、シーツなどの寝具が肌の弱い人にはトラブルの原因になると思います。虫ではないと思うのですが、シーツに当たっていた腕や脚が痒みを伴ってただれ始めました。肌にトラブルを抱え易い方はやめた方が良いと思います。

El servicio a la llegada fue bueno. Las instalaciones eran satisfactorias. Lo único que diría es... Según su ubicación, las habitaciones 108 y 109 están en el mismo espacio que la recepción y son muy ruidosas. No se preocupan por los problemas de los demás. Las paredes son finas, por lo que se oye todo el tiempo a las habitaciones vecinas. Esta vez fue muy incómodo por el ruido de la cama al chocar con la pared y los gemidos del coito desde las 3 de la mañana hasta las 7. Por favor, fomente el respeto a los demás huéspedes.

地下鉄Poble Sec（ポブラセック）駅から近くアクセスが良いです。 近くにはピンチョス通りとして有名なBlai（ブライ）通りもあります。 部屋は広くはないですが、学生が1泊するには十分でした。 シャワー・トイレが共用で少し狭いくらいで、値段相応でした。

地下鉄駅から近くて便利。入り口がホステルらしくないので、わかりにくかった。毎回別のスタッフが受け付けにいたが、英語がわからなくても、親切に説明してくれて、困ることはなかった。シンプルでベイシックだが、価格の高いバルセロナではコスパは良いのでは、と思う。

Spotless and very comfortable. Great location for the price. Staff is VERY friendly and offered us an upgrade with a private bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and TV. Will stay again!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’Hostal Elkano. L’accueil est chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui met tout de suite à l’aise. La chambre, bien que petite, est impeccablement propre et équipée d’une excellente literie, garantissant un sommeil confortable. La salle de bain, également compacte, est très propre et parfaitement fonctionnelle. La climatisation automatique assure un confort optimal, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la fontaine d’eau ainsi que le thé et le café mis à disposition. L’emplacement est pratique : à deux pas de la ligne de métro L3 et de nombreux bus, à environ 55 minutes à pied de la Sagrada Familia et 45 minutes de la plage de la Barceloneta. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation est limitée, ce qui peut rendre l’endroit un peu bruyant. Un hébergement simple, propre et bien situé, idéal pour découvrir Barcelone

This hostel has unmanaged bedbugs. I received a full refund for my stay because my room was infested with bedbugs. A dead bedbug was found at check in. I was told to return in a few hours after “deep cleaning” but the room still had dirty baseboards and furniture. During the night multiple bedbugs appeared on the walls and bed. We were unable to sleep, notified an indifferent overnight front desk employee, and were told the morning employee could help us. The owner was called and was heard saying “we don’t have bedbugs” over the phone to the front desk girl. She let him know I had pictures and videos. My second night stay was cancelled and refunded. It is 100% not worth the risk to stay here. The hostel does not have the procedures in place to clean rooms to eliminate bedbugs. Aside from the bedbug infestation, some of the female staff members were very helpful and friendly. The location is central. The amenities are very basic—it is a low budget hostel. I was prepared for that, but I wasn’t prepared for not being able to sleep Saturday night and spending my vacation day Sunday finding a new hotel, getting checked in, and trying to enjoy the rest of my day on 3 hours of sleep. The stay was compensated, but my wasted time was not. And, not to mention the hours spent disinfecting my luggage and clothing that were in the room… I would not return.
