部屋は綺麗です。 しかしながら、ホテルの入り口のドアは夜中鍵が閉まっていない状態で放置されているのに、レセプションは夜10時から従業員不在の状態で、その上、予約をする時には全く説明がありませんでしたが、レセプションには、22時を過ぎてからのチェックインには15ユーロ追加料金が必要です、と書いてあります。到着時刻が遅くなっただけで追加料金なんて聞いたことありません。

システム上、過去日付で予約されてしまった。過去日付は選択できないようなシステム設定にしてほしい

Buena ubicación pero es un hotel viejo, deteriorado. Un día nos dejaron sin toallas de baño y no hay una manera fácil de contactarlos ya que casi nunca hay alguien en la recepción

Hostal sencillo pero limpio, cómodo y MUY bien ubicado, con accesibilidad a pie a todos lados. Personal amable

La habitación muy limpia. Servicio de limpieza excelente. Muy buena localización cerca, del centro dr la ciudad, restaurantes y tiendas. Gracias por el servicio.

We have a home in Pamplona and stay in Madrid the night before heading back to Texas. We love the Plz Santa Ana, but recently it's mostly closed off to construction. Our favorite restaurant is down the street Prada a Tope. Great place. So we just need a bed and this works, but the price doubled in a year - so we may be looking for another place.

Only booked one night. The sheets and towels did not look clean. Room condition was poor overall. It was fine for one night..

We only stayed one night here and it was perfect for that. The location was very good - lots of restaurants near and close to the metro. Check in and out was super easy. A little street noise in the middle of the night from a nearby bar but not terrible. My only very minor complaints were that the plugs were loose so my phone didn't charge, and the towels were like sandpaper! But seriously, the location and the room itself were exactly what we needed it to be.

The property on it’s own is fine, it’s clean and roomy but there other features that are worth considering. 1. The concierge service is almost non existent, mind you when you find them, they are nice and polite. 2. For me this was the biggest drawback: The property gives you one access card and like an all inclusive you need to plug it into the “activation” holder and once you take it out the power shuts down in the room including fridge and AC. Tje concept is OK but what if one person wants to stay in ?? It was quite annoying. 3. You need to request service which again is fine bit how will I know that the little sliders on the doors mean that? there are no signs explaining that. We stayed in Barcelona and in Seville for around the same price range so maybe my expectations were higher than expected but having two access cards and a present concierge is not asking for a lot!

Habitación limpia buena atención sobre todo céntrico y de fácil acceso

Safe and clean hotel with friendly staff, albeit could be a bit vamped up decoration-wise. Good firm beds. Location was absolutely great. Great option when on a budget.

The Hostal served our purpose and was affordable and centrally located.

Bien en general. El único detalle es que cuando llegamos no teníamos idea de en qué piso del edificio estaba el hostal Star, ya que hay varios hostales en el mismo edificio.

Bene organizzata, in centro un buon punto per visitare la città, ristoranti e negozi vicini

First room by the city way too noisy, second room on the back smelled terrible. The fridge in one of the rooms wasn’t working. The elevator wasn’t working upon our arrival. The towels were very stiff and felt terrible. Will not return there even when the location was good.
