場所が便利。カタルーニャ広場から歩いてすぐ、ランブラス通りの横で、空港バスに乗るのも楽だし、日中休憩に戻れる。ロビーに入ると、いい香りがしてホッとする。２階が朝食の食堂でモダンな雰囲気だが、隣には歴史を感じさせる展示室も会った。朝食の骨付きの塊から削いであるハム（生ハムではない）が美味しかった。

スタッフが親切で快適に過ごせました。屋上エリアがとても気持ちよい場所です。

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was kept incredibly clean, with frequent housekeeping. It was very comfortable and we would definitely recommend it.

Great location for walking around BCN centro. Rooftop bar with panoramic view and very nice breakfast buffet. Neat and comfortable room. Only bummer was the bedside light could not be turned off and I had to pull the plug from socket every night. I asked the reception to fix but it remained as was for four nights.

バルセロナの中心街にあるので買い物するにも食事に行くのにも凄く便利な場所でした。建物自体は若干古いですが、だからと言って特に気になる点はありません。スタッフのサービスも良かったです。

立地が良く最高でした。

ロビーやレストラン、室内全てが広く清潔感があり、問題ないです。 立地も便利です。 バルセロナ市内で財布を落としたが、ホテルのカードを入れていた事により、拾ってくれた人がホテルに電話して、ホテルの方が状況を収集してくれました。簡易的な英語で電話で状況を教えてくれ、結果財布が戻ってきました。大変感謝しております。

Nice hotel with an amazing roof top bar, pool & vista, centrally located off of City Center Ramblas with easy access to metro station… would highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are courteous and efficient. La Rambla is a construction site just now, but there are plenty of excellent places too eat in the vicinity. The rooftop bar is one of the best features of the hotel, but could be improved if, on each side, there were signs indicating the sites in view.

Excellent location in La Rambla! Loved the spa and the pool. Service was great. Will definitely be back to this property!

Dejligt ophold tæt på alt, lækkert pool område, min kone var meget glad for spa området. 10 sek. fra Rambla og stadig rolig og romantisk. Dejligt sted og fik en gratis opgradering af værelset, pga. hotels. God morgenmad med udsigt til Rambla.

My favourite hotel I have stayed in Spain. Very welcoming, accommodating staff and ambience. Location amazing for seeing the sights or dining. Highly recommend staying at Hotel 1898.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Hotel 1898. The location on La Rambla is within easy walking distance of many important landmarks but he hotel is extremely quiet once you’re inside. The room was huge and cozy at the same time - loved the absence of carpeting on the floor. The staff were efficient and friendly, and breakfast was delicious, as was the light menu jn the bar. A pleasant surprise was walking back from the hotel after a concert at the nearby Palau de la Música Catalana and finding a live jazz duo playing in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel. Heads up - there is a major construction project along La Rambla, and while our taxi driver could have dropped us off right at the hotel entrance which is actually on the side street (Carrer del Pintor Fortuny) around the corner from La Rambla, he was inexperienced and didn’t know where it was and therefore dropped us off (with all our luggage) on La Rambla which wasn’t easy to navigate.

The pool, the hotel, the food magnificent, the check-in at 3 pm when you arrive at 7am is inconvenient and then the checkout at 11am when your plane leaves at 4pm also inconvenient. On the boulevard keep your wits about you lots of nefariousness!
