The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen .

Perfect position but staff not very receptive. Got my watch stolen and tried to get reception to help me but they didnt care. Just handed me a paper with police address without even caring if i was ok. Spent alot of money on massages and facials but got told to leave pool rudely after 30 min. Lucky i chrcked my bill on checkout they tried to charge me over 100 euro for charges that weren't even mine. Not the best but not the worst just b cautious and dont expect the friendliness u should get from a hotel of this calibre.

Had an issue with large bug. Jr. Mngt dis what they could. When Sr. Mngt got involved it was lip service. Showed them a hole in the wall where there was sawdust that obviously was from bugs chewing thru. Asked them to have maintenance plug rhe hole. They answered yes but it didnt happen. They offered to move us amd said it was.the identical room. We went to view it but it was a down grade a few doors down the hall from our room. Didnt offer any type of refund for the downgrade so we declined. Didn't feel like the new room wouldn't have the same insect issue. Mngt said with construction on the road out front insects are moving around. So obviously I wasn't the 1st guest to have this problem.

Our stay was fantastic. We booked a Deluxe Room with terrace and were not disappointed. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The spa made the stay much more enjoyable after long days of exploring and enjoying Barcelona.

Great location and generally nice hotel, Not sure if we just got a bad room but I was certainly expecting more for the price. Our room definitely needed renovation or at least some serious tlc. During the night we could hear the plumbing when another room flushed the loo, this woke us up.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was nice. The spa looked great, although we didn’t have time to use the services. The rooftop has plenty of comfortable seating.

Rundum zufrieden. Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen, Lage, Ausstattung, Personal, ausgezeichnet.

Awesome in every way!!!

Perfect location for access to La Rambla, the Gothic quarter and central Barcelona. Hotel smelt wonderful every time we stepped inside and was great to be welcomed with bottled water at check-in. Staff were friendly and we were able to check our bags in early, so we could start sightseeing straight away. Clean room, large bathroom/shower & a very comfortable bed. We were so close to local restaurants & cafes we didn't try the breakfast. There was a vegetarian place, 'Honest Greens', right on the corner which was a great place to start the day. The reception area was full of comfortable seating and there was a well-stocked bar for after dinner drinks.

Súper hotel me encantó la alberca!!!

This is one of the finest hotels we have stayed at. We stayed in a terrace room, it was amazing and so nice to be able to relax in our own private space. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Barcelona again.

Personnel à peine aimable, on a toujours l'impression de les deranger, manque de courtoisie, petit dej mediocre et sans interet..

Super godt hotel med perfekt placering

The lobby was so over scented it made us gag. I mean really off putting. Other guests agreed but staff was indifferent. We travelled all over Spain and this was our least liked hotel.
