立地を除けば素晴らしい施設でした。

Très bon personnel, l’hôtel est bien , chambre pour trois spacieuse. Parking facile et restaurant à proximité. En revanche l’insonorisation est à revoir totalement, notamment la porte d’entrée de la chambre. Le moindre bruit dans le couloir est répercuté dans la chambre . Idem dans la salle de bain, lorsque une personne prend sa douche à l’étage cela est amplifié dans la chambre et salle de bain.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa. Gracias a su gran servicio, maravillosa comida del bar y restaurante, implacable limpieza y una amable atención del personal. Sin duda es una buena elección.

Limpieza y estado de la habitación perfecta, aunque estabamos en la planta -2 y la vistas eran a un muro. Por otro lado, valoramos la tranquilidad. Desayuno completo, variado y con producto fresco. Hay aparcamiento en la puerta del hotel, aunque lo encontramos lleno, pero pudimos aparcar a unos 200m. sin problema. La zona parece muy segura y tiene el tranvía que lleva a Barcelona muy cerca.

petit déjeuner a revoir, pas extra ordinaire, manque de fruit et de variation, salle trop bruyante, Déçu de cette endroit. Personnel d'accueil trop froide et absolument pas accueillante, pas un sourire juste de l'ennui. manque de personnalité cette hôtel Faut vraiment du changement pour que je revienne dans votre hotel

A proximite de quelques resto comme mcdonald Tram en face facile de voyager dejeuner buffet pas trop de choix mais bien staff très gentil hotel propre mais la piscine mauvais emplacement et petite

Clean, nice, good transport links. Ultimately nothing special. Reception staff took 30 minutes to check me in and just left me standing there and weren’t so polite. The staff for the breakfast were fantastic

Had a flooding in a room above us and woke up at around 11 pm to dripping ceiling in the washrom

Honestly, not worth the price. Con’s: First of all we booked our stay for the middle/end of March, and the hotel had the heat on full blast. When we asked about being able to change our room tempt, they told us the hotel was in winter mode and there was nothing they could do for us. the window opens 4 inches… and that was their solution. Secondly, the shower is not cleaned, at all. Perhaps they assume the tile will hide the dirt and customers won’t see but the scum and filament in the shower is disgusting. Finally, the walls are paper thin and we heard both room neighbors all night long. Pro’s: A 3 min walk down the hill gets you to a metro/bus station that leads into the city (have to transfer 1 or 2 time) the surrounding area is nice, clean and feels safe at night.

AC is off during spring, you can't control it during your stay, they only offer heatting setting, and a blanket, so forgett about it if you like to sleep fresh, you have to sleep with the window open wich triggers more heatting. It is quite uncomfortable and sadly this is very comun in Spain.

The parking garge is a bit difficult to get in and out of but it is secure.
