It was a great stay

Room was clean and the staff service was great Only dislikes were very loud construction, walls were thin so you can hear people in the hallway easily, the bathroom had somewhat of a sewage/musky smell (no ventilation)

Acces facile et stationnement dans la rue tout près de l'entrée. Hotel bien situé et propre. Bon petit déjeuner mais seul souci mauvaise insonorisation et ambiance bruyante

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no Metro service and very costly to access when using taxis from Central Barcelona. There is a tram station about 15 minutes away when walking however, having travelled on that one evening, I had to walk by myself late at night and the area is very isolated. Did not feel safe at all. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating. I was put in a room opposite the lift and the housekeeping service room and could not sleep a wink due to noisy traffic/revellers coming in late at night and loud. In the morning, there was endless moving back and forth of housekeeping staff replenishing their trolleys with supplies from the service room. It was a nightmare and I am very grateful to reception who allowed me an extended hour to try and catch up on my sleep. The shower head in my room was put up the wrong way round and had a tough time trying to turn it the right way and had to use the chair to reach it. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Barcelona.

L’hôtel est propre,l’accueil chaleureux,mais faites attention à vos véhicules,nous nous sommes fait casser notre vitre et on nous as voler nos affaires,on n’était pas les seuls ce jour là à qui ce drame est arrivé,devant l’hôtel ne vous garer surtout pas

L'hôtel est sympa mais le plus de cet hôtel est son personnel. Attentifs et attentionnés. Très pratique grâce à son tramway à proximité pour visiter Barcelone. A refaire avec plaisir.

Buena estancia, aparcamiento publico en la puerta, vigilado, desayuno bufé muy bueno

Camera grande e confortevole. Pulizia ok e personale disponibilissimo. Ottima colazione. Le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono vicino. Bella esperienza, da consigliare.

This is a 3 to 3½-star hotel, not a 4-star by any stretch. The rooms are a mishmash—some are clean and well-maintained, while others are rundown, particularly noticeable in the bathrooms, furniture, and carpets. There is no room service, bar, or other amenities typically found in a four-star hotel. The staff are not particularly customer-oriented, especially when comparing the service and overall experience to well-known four-star hotels like the Hilton Barcelona or Renaissance Barcelona. However, it is a fair hotel for what you are paying. Clearly needs capital investment to bring it to a proper four star level.

Tres bon accueil, Hotel loin de l'agitation de BArcelone qui est accepssible avec un Tram situé a 5 minutes de marche.
