Can hear people through room walls and floors. There was a dog barking every evening outside at 11pm for 2 hours. Fire alarm went off twice in our 5 night stay in the early hours of the morning.

The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Condesa. The food is delicious, and a huge variety of options at each meal time. My children always enjoyed every meal as did I. The rooms are spotless, and cleaned regularly. We had a great side sea view, with a very comfy bed. The staff are really friendly, helpful and always smiling. All the staff work really hard and will help with anything required. They go above and beyond, especially with decorating the Hotel for Halloween and keeping children entertained. Loads of amnenities, pool tables, air hockey table tennis, huge swimming pool and of course the hotel is perfectly located right on a stunning beach.

Wir hatten einen zeitlichen Meerblick relativ weit vorne, hat uns sehr gut gefallen auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder

We loved the beachfront location of this property. It was fantastic. Location was fine, a little out the way but if you want a little secluded, it's fine....... although there s a neighbour's dog that is kept outside which is very noisy first thing in the morning ad late at night. Staff were nice and helpful. To be brief, the food...... choices and quality let this hotel down. It was average at best. We often chose to eat out and go out for coffee even though we were all inclusive. If returning, I wouldn't go all inclusive. We were fist put in a hotel room that had a strong smell of mould or dampess, but when we complained, we were moved to another room but this room had no working air conditioning. When asked, the staff said there was a technical issue as it was struck with lightning. All in all, it was a good family holiday and would go back but would not choose to return to the all inclusive as it was not up to standard.

Hotel is very nice. If you are vegetarian or vegan the food is not great. Thankfully I was only there 5 nights but I am heartily sick of lasagne and pizza! I have a medical condition which means I overheat so I chose a hotel with air con. On day 3 of my stay it stopped working. It was fixed but was no longer cold. I was informed that there was no more as it was so cold outside. It was 23 degrees!! I was told a fan would be sent which it was not. I felt very unwell on the last night of my stay.

Struttura molto bella , ho utilizzato un servizio all inclusive ma la comunicazione con il personale al nostro arrivo si è limitata nella consegna delle stanze , anche purtroppo sbagliate perché essendo in unica prenotazione avevamo richiesto dur stanze vicine ma non avevano mai risposto . Per il resto non ci hanno informato sul vantaggio dell all inclusive come posti riservati al ristorante o in piscina e altre cose che forse non ho scoperto . Pulizia lascia desiderare e cibo se non per chi ama la cucina italiana , moltissime cose ma non troppo di qualità !

2 Erw, 1 Kleinkind, nur Frühstück : Wir mussten aufgrund Krankheit abbrechen, haben daher nicht viel zu berichten. Nettes Hotel, laut am Abend bis nach 22 Uhr Frühstück gut, allerdings auch laut im Saal, wenn man draußen keinen Platz mehr bekommt. Alles in allem wäre es ein netter Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn nicht Mann und Kind krank gewesen wären.

The lighting in the room was not working, I reported to the staff but was not fixed.

Sehr professionelles, aufmerksames und nettes Team, Essen und Getränke super, Strand sehr schön Leider Zimmer sehr hellhörig und Liegen werden schon um 6 Uhr reserviert, obwohl ein Schild steht, dass man es nicht tun darf, viele Kleinkinder zu meiner Zeit, aber das ist eben so. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, würde jederzeit wiederkommen, vielen Dank für den tollen Service in jedem Bereich:)

Notre chambre! avec vue imprenable sur les poubelles de l’hôtel!! avec en prime les odeurs et le bruit chaque nuit pour la levée!! Bon! sans être difficile c’est très loin d’un standard 4*. Le personnel à part quelques rare exceptions n’était pas du tout avenant, pas de bonjour ni sourire, bref!! J’arrête là car la liste serait trop longue. L’avantage avec ce genre d’hôtel c’est qu’on est pas triste en partant .

The room was nice, but they didnt have duvet or blanket. On the 2nd night i was a bit too cold for me. I kept waking up like for every hours. Besides that everything is good for the price

Hotel lag direkt am Strand. Grosse Auswahl an Essen, jeden Abend bot das Hotel ein Unterhaltungsprogramm an das fanden wir supper Quiz, Bingo und Show. Freundliches Personal würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen :)

Overall this is great hotel with a lot of amenities, just on the beautiful beach, and friendly staff. We had specious family suite with beautiful sea view. Our room was cleaned every day by amazing women, I didn’t remember her name but she was so lovely, she even make sure our daughters toys are placed on the bed every day to surprise her. We had bad and breakfast service. Breakfast in one of the restaurants was better then in the other, but overall plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel weil Preis/Leistung echt toll ist. Super Lage, mitten am Meer, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Programm und leckeres Essen. Nur leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, hörten den Nachbarn schnarchen und jede Handynachricht piepsen. Aber ansonsten top!

We arrived at the hotel very late and we were welcomed by the gentleman at reception, the staff is very nice and friendly besides a couple of them - our room was very small, with a smell of humidity that seemed like no one opened those windows for weeks. There’s also a poorly advertised (which is on purpose) “double bedroom” which is clearly 2 single beds put together. Not just that, but you could hear everything from other rooms or the corridors and I mean everything: coughing, laughing, arguments, sex, farts, everything. Who can sleep like this?! Specially the house keeping starts cleaning and moving everything at 7AM. Zero relaxation in your own bedroom. We called reception to ask for a clothes iron, they told us to go downstairs to pay the deposit and we were walking in the middle of the hotel with an ironing board back to the room. From my experience, this is not a 4 stars service. Regarding the “private beach” (they never mention it but they make you think that there is) doesn’t exist because all the beach beds belong to the city council and you need to pay for it. The swimming pool was nice, but the drinks were very expensive for the brands they were serving. Breakfast was ok but you needed to go at 7.30AM (when they open) to find some things that they don’t refill throughout the opening time, leaving the empty plates there. 2 out of 5.
