受付のスタッフのサービスが本当に素晴らしかったです。まず、チェックインの際に、ホテルからの主要な観光ルートやホテル近くの美味しいレストラン、バルを丁寧に教えてくれます。私はパティオ祭りの際に泊まったのですが、おすすめのパティオを教えてくれて、それがとても素晴らしかったです。スタッフのおかげで、素敵な旅行になりました。フラメンコもホテルスタッフが予約してくれました。スタッフはとても明るく、優しく親切です！！英語も通じます。また是非泊まりたいです！！素敵なホテルでした。部屋も清潔です。三人部屋は少し狭いですが、スーツケースを開けます。ホテルの廻りも静かでたっぷり眠れます。

Parking hat extra gekostet. Am Anfang haben wir ein Zimmer mit schlechtem Klima bekommen. Wir musten ein paar runter tur Rezeption bis wir ein neues Zimmer mit funktionierendem Klima bekommen haben. Sonst zentrale Lage

Rather tired old hotel but excellent location and good (tight) carparking for an extra charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Aircon struggled in very hot weather, small bed and no breakfast onsite. Had booked for three nights and paid in advance on arrival. We shortened our stay to two nights and gave them 24 hours warning of our early departure, but the manager refused to refund the unused night even though this was not signaled when I told them of the change.

Friendly staff, large rooms, even though it was a bit of a walk from the sites, it was safe neighborhood and had access to public transportation. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel. Room was clean, hot water was nice and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. AC and TV in room worked.

Close to the heart of the city, nice and clean, very friendly staff, the underground parking lot are very small and difficult to use, small adventure for itself, but in case one get assistance by the stuff

Not easy to access its underground parking. The lift to parking was broken when I checked out. I had to wait more than an hour to get out, which screwed up my booked tour.

NO BREAKFAST, even though Expedia sold us the room with a breakfast. The gentleman at the desk told us on arrival "we just don't do breakfast...that's a problem with Expedia, you know", to which we replied that SOMEONE should fix it, because it is false advertising, and certainly convenient for both the hotel and Expedia, but not for us....otherwise an ok place, small room, clean, very quiet (we were in back of hotel, but in any case on a very quiet street). Good overall location, short walk to a lot of restaurants, decent walk to the main attractions.

Despite being featured no breakfast was available. It meant a hunt for breakfast in an area with few good cafes . On departure at 8am on Saturday tge cafes were still closed. A hungry experience

Larger than we expected. Very updated.

Mooi, klassiek Spaans hotel. Heel vriendelijk personeel en fijne, stille en brandschone kamer met prima bed. Alles op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in een rustige straat.

The room we had was in the groundfloor and the small window looked toward a partition decorated with plastic flowers and nowhere lese. It was just like a ....! No tea or coffee maker, etc. inside the room or somewhere in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful as they could. Location is in downtown. Amenities for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are within walk distance.

Excelente custo benefício

Overall not bad, the staff was friendly and attentive and it's on a great location to visit the old town. The rooms are dated, the TV did not have internet and the bed was not very comfortable.
