受付のスタッフのサービスが本当に素晴らしかったです。まず、チェックインの際に、ホテルからの主要な観光ルートやホテル近くの美味しいレストラン、バルを丁寧に教えてくれます。私はパティオ祭りの際に泊まったのですが、おすすめのパティオを教えてくれて、それがとても素晴らしかったです。スタッフのおかげで、素敵な旅行になりました。フラメンコもホテルスタッフが予約してくれました。スタッフはとても明るく、優しく親切です！！英語も通じます。また是非泊まりたいです！！素敵なホテルでした。部屋も清潔です。三人部屋は少し狭いですが、スーツケースを開けます。ホテルの廻りも静かでたっぷり眠れます。

Hotel bien situado, lastima el servicio La réserva incluia un desayuno continental en la web hôtels.com, pero al llegar me dijeron que no habia ningun desayuno, a menos de pagar x el desayuno buffet. Deben corregir esto ya que lo que llaman desayuno continental es un rincon "pausa café" de cortesía con unos bollitos y galetas industriales. Al 3er dia dejé 2 toallas en el suelo del banho para que se las llevaran... Las volvieron a colgar confundiéndolas con las limpias. El lavabo estaba semi atorado.

La experiencia en general ha sido positiva. El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario. El emplazamiento del hotel es inmejorable a unos pasos del ayuntamiento. Por poner una pega, el parking puede resultar un poco incómodo ya que el acceso es mediante un ascensor/montacargas y hay que aparcar con cuidado, pero no se puede pedir más estando en pleno centro.

Gezilecek yerlere yakın bir bölgede şirin bir otel. Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Araçla gidecekseniz otelin önünde park etmek, bekleme yapmak mümkün değil, işlek bir sokak. 2 gece kaldık, zemin katta penceresi ortak tuvalete bakan bir odada kaldık. Daha iyi bir seçenek sunulabilirdi çünkü karı-koca aile olarak gitmiştik ve bu odada gündüz pek mahremiyet yoktu.

Breakfast and parking take place at another hotel nearby. Rooms are basic. Desk employees is excellent.

Check in was easy with on site staff. Outdated building and sewer is blocked. All sinks were clogged and the management did not care. We booked two rooms and both bathroom sinks were clogged. One bathroom light did not work. When notified, Manager told us to go use the other bathroom or the shared bathrooms downstairs. We paid for two rooms and couldn’t use one bathroom which was the main reason we booked two rooms. Good area but old building and careless management. Never again.

En general todo muy bien excepto el sistema dosificador de papel higiénico...imposible sacar el papel.

Clean room, good location.

Personnel très sympathique, accueillant et de bons conseils. Hotel très propre avec joli patio intérieur. Chambre propre et matelas confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix pour ce niveau de gamme d’hôtel. Situation géographique bien, à 15 minutes à pied de la mosquée et proche de commerces / restaurants.

Parking hat extra gekostet. Am Anfang haben wir ein Zimmer mit schlechtem Klima bekommen. Wir musten ein paar runter tur Rezeption bis wir ein neues Zimmer mit funktionierendem Klima bekommen haben. Sonst zentrale Lage

Rather tired old hotel but excellent location and good (tight) carparking for an extra charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Aircon struggled in very hot weather, small bed and no breakfast onsite. Had booked for three nights and paid in advance on arrival. We shortened our stay to two nights and gave them 24 hours warning of our early departure, but the manager refused to refund the unused night even though this was not signaled when I told them of the change.

Friendly staff, large rooms, even though it was a bit of a walk from the sites, it was safe neighborhood and had access to public transportation. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel. Room was clean, hot water was nice and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. AC and TV in room worked.

Close to the heart of the city, nice and clean, very friendly staff, the underground parking lot are very small and difficult to use, small adventure for itself, but in case one get assistance by the stuff

Not easy to access its underground parking. The lift to parking was broken when I checked out. I had to wait more than an hour to get out, which screwed up my booked tour.

NO BREAKFAST, even though Expedia sold us the room with a breakfast. The gentleman at the desk told us on arrival "we just don't do breakfast...that's a problem with Expedia, you know", to which we replied that SOMEONE should fix it, because it is false advertising, and certainly convenient for both the hotel and Expedia, but not for us....otherwise an ok place, small room, clean, very quiet (we were in back of hotel, but in any case on a very quiet street). Good overall location, short walk to a lot of restaurants, decent walk to the main attractions.
