Reception staffs are very friendly and the room was clean. It’s a bit away from city centre but easily accessible by tram and metro. There are many cozy local bars around the hotel away from touristic which is a bonus as well.

A soft, fluffy towel can elevate bathroom routine, giving a spa-like experience for ultimate comfort and relaxation. But, as usual, it's not always that easy. Over time, towels can lose their softness due to myriad factors, leaving you with a towel that feels more like a cat's tongue then a luxury bath sheet. Softer towels would be appreciated.

I very much enjoyed my stay, the staff are friendly, and the city is nice.

Recommended, quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff, small but clean room. Never tried public transport, but it was good I was told. Taxi to Barcelona centre, Sagrada Familia, was about 22 euros.

Todo correcto, la cama muy cómoda, la habitación limpia y sencilla, faltó que tuviera una mini nevera como en la mayoría de hoteles, y más en verano para guardar agua fresquita por lo menos, pero por lo demás bien.

Mein English war nicht so gut.. und hab gefragt ob sie es mit anderen wörtern beschreiben kann die Frau an der Reteption. Schwarze lockige haare weis den namen nicht mehr. Nach längerem hin und her hat sie es dann äntlich geschaft es anders zu formulieren das es dan äntlich verständlich war. Mann kann alles wen man will….. wen man sich aber so verhalten muss und noch dumme kommtare rauslässt ist es zum kotzen. Was lerne ich daraus besser english zu lernen und sie wie man auf die gäste eingeht fräundlicher auf jeden fall !

O hotel é ótimo. Só fica afastado do centro, mas fácil de pegar transporte público.

While the hotel had some acceptable features, my overall experience was negatively impacted by several inconveniences. Every time I needed to leave the hotel, I was required to hand over the room key, which I found unnecessary and inconvenient. Parking was another issue—I had to park on the street and then walk to the hotel just to ask staff to open the parking gate. Additionally, during a power blackout, no backup measures were offered. Not even a simple candle was provided, leaving guests in complete darkness. A bit more preparedness and flexibility from the staff would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Personal amable y respetuoso, siempre ayudaron, el restaurante que tienen tiene buenos precios, zona muy tranquila, hay un súper, bar y restaurantes muy cerca, hay que cambiar de elevador para subir al cuarto piso, se llega bien en transporte público; solo la habitación algo apretada.

Hotel comodo e funzionale, ottimo il garage privato sotto l'hotel con ascensore, personale cordiale
