The hotel staff got our reservation details wrong upon check-in and check-out, his attitude was very unpleasant and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Since the hotel building is old, we could hear every conversation and shower noise from the next room. Good breakfast.

一人旅で3泊しました。名前の通り『古き良いヨーロッパ』を連想させる趣のあるホテルです。 部屋の広さ、ベッドの寝心地も十分。また立地も便利。 バスタブがあったのも嬉しい。 電気ポットも冷蔵庫もあります。空調も自分で調整できます。 レセプションに日本語を話せる青年がいて、気を使ってくれました。 他のスタッフも親切でした。

ロケーションは良好。最終的には、フロントで預かってもらえて、問題はなかったが、セーフティボックスがないのは不安があった。設備は古いが、雰囲気はあり、長期滞在すれば、楽しいと思う。

おそらく通気口からの臭いがもれているんだと思うが、バスルームが下水の臭い。それ以外は満足でした。

こじんまりとしていて、フレンドリーです。 フラメンコショーの予約もすんなり頼めました。 英語力が拙い私の言葉にも勘を働かせてくれました。

The breakfast was very good. The staff were extremely accommodating. The Hotel exuded old world charm. It did get a bit warm at night and I prefer a sheet over a bedspread. Our bedroom with two twin beds was an uncomfortably tight squeeze and there was nowhere to put our bathroom junk. Additionally, using a key rather than a swipe card was a rather novel experience in this day of swiping cards and using fobs. What the hotel lacked because of tiny rooms-it more than made up for inconvenience. The beds made a horrible sound scraping on the marble floors whenever we moved them-or if the housekeeping crew moved them. This wasn’t that bad from 10-2 but when a guest does it in the middle of the night it was very loud. (First world problems-i know. But if you’re a light sleeper…) We were a 7 minute walk from away from Real Alcázar, 10 minutes from the bridge to Triana-and the Guadalquivir. There was an unreal amount of food options available. Overall, I’d prefer to be crammed into a small room again just for the convenience of being right in the center of the historic town. I would visit Seville over Madrid 10/10 times in the future. Even this cozy hotel💜

Great location near several eating choices and the main tourist attractions. Clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, Unfortunately the AC was not working for a couple of nights but did come back on as we left.

Staff were very friendly and efficient, could not have been more helpful. Location excellent. Breakfast was OK. Breakfast room quite small but perfectly adequate.

très difficile d'Accès en voiture, aucune indication Google ou plan nous apportait a la bonne place du au sens unique. Le déjeuner est excellent.

This was the most expensive hotel of our trip to Spain, and by far the worst. The room layout was strange and uncomfortable, with beds placed right next to the entrance and bathroom doors—something we had not encountered anywhere else, even in basic accommodations. More seriously, after the first night, three of us developed large bumps on our faces, necks, and arms. When we raised this with the front desk, they showed no concern and offered no explanation or help. The breakfast was decent, but it does not make up for the overall poor experience. I would not recommend staying here.
