1층 프론트 옆, 엘리베이터 옆의 방이라 소음에 시달렸음. 시설은 기본적이었으며 렌트카로 접근하기가 일방텅행 길의 복잡함으로거의 불가능하였다. 길을 찾지 못해 주변 공공 주차장에 세우고 나서야 지원을 받을 수 있었다. 관광명소에는 매우 접근이 좋은 위치였다.

하루밖에 안 있었지만 만족했어요~ 주변 관광지와도 가깝고 근처에있었던 타파스 레스토랑은 진짜 너무너무 좋았어요. 다만 호텔까지 찾아가기가 너무 힘들었어요...그냥 공항이나 버스 정류장에서 택시타시는게 훨씬 나으실거에요.. 관광지에대한 정보 같은것을 a4 용지에 적어서 주었어요. 세심한 배려가 좋더라고요. 한가지 아쉬운건 에어콘이 좀 덜 시원했다는거? 그거빼고는 다 만족했습니다.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, you can walk to all of the points of interest and can park within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

The location was excellent and the parking was convenient. We loved that there was a convenience store nearby. The acoustics, however, were not great and there wasn’t HVAC controls in the room.

Perfect positioning. Weve stayed here twice b4. We were not keen on our room this time.A twin,which was small & hard for my big tall husband to manoeuvre, particularly in the bathroom. Very clean, one member of staff ( the 1 with the long dark hair) sorry didnt get her name was particularly helpful. Enjoyed Savilla as before thou. This 1 star establishment still good, but we noticed cut-backs. No coffee in room and once your supply of tea ran out they didnt replace it.However we would stay again if we come back.

The location was amazing, the hotel was beautiful and the people working there were so nice and helpful. They even made us a little to go breakfast bag in the morning because our plane left early. We would highly recommend Hotel Europa!

Room very clean staff amazingly friendly and breakfast excellent

Not a bike friendly property unless you pay extra.The overall room was fine, nice room and clean! The water heat was so so. On the day of arrival, we showered to warmish cool water, the next morning it was better. The most frustrating was having to pay extra 5euro per bicycle per night. We are on tour around Europe and this was our first experience of having to pay 20euros extra to place our bikes in a small supply room and we could not lock them. There would have been ample space in our room, but they refused. Overall, we would return to this hotel would it not be for the bikes, we want to ensure cyclist out there are aware.

Great value and reception.

Hotel pulitissimo, personale gentile ed accogliente. Colazione varia e molto abbondante. Le camere si presentano un pò vintage ma molto curate ed in ordine. l'unica pecca è dato dagli infissi che sono nuovi ma installati in maniera errata e quindi lasciano entrare molti spifferi e rumori. La notte comunque è stata molto tranquilla

Perfect location, clean rooms and the staff was absolutely amazing! Loved our stay.

First night we arrived there our room was on the top of the building and the heat system was awful and kept us up all night before New Year’s Eve. We could not sleep. It was turning on and off and blowing hot air with very irregular temperatures and then when we turned it off, the room won’t get very cold. We were moved to another room the next night, which was fine but I would like to get some kind of credit for the night that we felt miserable and that affected our enjoyment of the New Year’s Eve the next day.

Es un lugar muy bonito, tiene un diseño que se distingue de cualquier otra zona y el personal en todo momento fue muy atento y agradable Nos ofrecieron guía y la ubicación es excelente para el recorrido que tengas pensado Muy recomendado!

The room was clean and a good size for a family. The hotel staff was very kind.

The hotel staff got our reservation details wrong upon check-in and check-out, his attitude was very unpleasant and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Since the hotel building is old, we could hear every conversation and shower noise from the next room. Good breakfast.

The best bit of this hotel is location, close to mostly everything you need, the surrounding atmosphere was vibrant and lively. Reception was very helpful. Room was clean, well mostly , cleaners forgot to check the bottom of bed where some socks were left by previous guest, minor issue. Bedsteads need some cushion type of thing as it makes noise while moving during sleep and I heard the same from other rooms also. BTW, they don't provide coffee inside the rooms, only teas. The bathroom was good but the door was hard to close, needs adjusting. A/c (didn't need for my stay) can blow cold air directly to your bed They need the keys to be handed over to reception each time you get in/out Breakfast was good but after couple of nights you may feel it boring. Hot food can run out if you are late as there was a single lady doing everything in the b'fast area, they don't have separate kitchen but can cook stuff using hot plate if necessary Rooms aren't very sound proof so you may hear noise from other rooms but if you sleep like a baby then won't :-) As a whole as a first timer it was a great experience in Seville and in the hotel. Stayed at hotel Europe visiting old city Sevilla - very charming and wonderful hotel in the city center- near everything. Can highly recommend
