Hotel Indigo MADRID - GRAN VIA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Good location, Nice roof top bar but they open it up to non guests and on weekends hard to get a seat.

I stayed at two hotels during my stay in Madrid. Hotel Indigo is the one that I would return to. Excellent service and amenities (coffee maker in room, bathrobe). Location is very convenient.

I like the hotel a lot and am a regular guest. The hotel is really nice and has a great rooftop. The staff is usually extremely welcoming and professional. This time, however, the unfriendly tone of the manager at reception was quite annoying. There was a mixup because I was charged breakfast (which I did not book), and he claimed to have asked me upon check-in whether I wanted breakfast and claimed I had said yes (which I did not do). In fact, I checked in with another staff member (who was actually super friendly). In any case, in the end, the breakfast charge was cancelled, but the tone of the manager was completely unacceptable. Should I go back to the hotel, I hope this reception manager has the same friendly, professional tone as his subordinates.

Great location, Awesome rooftop bar. Beautiful Hotel with excellent staff that truly understand customer care! Only thing preventing “5 star”: Room Not ready upon 5 pm arrival. (Drink tickets provided) 😀. 1 of 2 Elevators not working our entire 5 night stay (11th floor prevented stairs)

The Property es really good and convenient for everything has restaurants with good food and bars the room was very good but the only problem wa some of the elevator out of service and the other one took very long to go up and down.

Madrid’s majority of tourist attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel’s front desk staff is highly professional and friendly. Located on a side street off Gran Via, it’s convenient for calling a taxi or booking a ride-share car.

Great place near shops and food places. Love it

Excellente situation, tout est atteignable à pied. Chambres plutot fonctionnelles, bien equipées, plateau thé/café rempli ts les jours, excellent buffet petit déj., oeufs et pancakes préparés à la demande. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Seul point negatif: 1 ascenseur sur les 2 en panne pour plusieurs semaines.

I had an average experience at the hotel. One of the lifts was out of service and the other one had a massive waiting time. We were on 7th floor but most of the times we had to take the stairs. Another issue was the walls were too thin. We could hear the room next door brushing their teeth, drying hair, having shower. Not sure if that was because we were put in an Interconnecting room. Other than that everything was good, staff were very friendly and room was clean.

Amei o Hotel, café da manhã super gostoso, pessoal do hotel super atencioso, tem um na recepção que é brasileiro, super atencioso. Nota 10 o hotel. Super recomendo!! Localização ótima.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. As principais atrações podem ser alcançadas a pé. O preço é justo e as acomodações (dos quartos renovados) são funcionais. Uma pequena observação quanto ao ar condicionado que não estava operando com boa eficiência. O time da recepção é muito colaborativo especialmente o Lucas que entende perfeitamente as necessidades de um hóspede em Madrid
