ホテル ジャルダン ド ニバリア

三週間程前の予約で、五つ星ホテルの選択肢が他になかった為、当ホテルを選択。 スタッフのフレンドリーさは偏りがなく素晴らしかった。 何も言わなかったのに、チェックイン時に赤ちゃん連れだと判断し、ベビーベッドを入れてくれていた。 レストランスタッフも気が利いていて素晴らしい。 すれ違うスタッフ皆、挨拶を欠かさなかった。 赤ちゃん連れにも非常に親切。 シャワーの水圧も強く、シャワーヘッドも外れるのが良かった。 残念だったのが、バスルームの清掃が行き届いていないこと。 バスタブに立ち、たまたま壁の隅にシャワーがかかったら、黒い垢がボロボロ落ちてきて気持悪るかった。 大抵のホテルの風呂清掃は、スプレーなどを吹きかけて、拭いて終わりというのは知っているが、あれでもうホテルの風呂恐怖症になりそうだ。 また、レストランが３つしかなく、長い滞在では飽きてしまうだろう。 ただし、ビーチがすぐ側なので、ビーチ沿いのレストランも気軽に利用できる。 ホテル内のどのレストランでも、ディナータイムのドレスコード遵守は必須。

Le personnel parfait , très attentif à notre bien être ! Remarquable ! Le restaurant la Cupula :du début à la fin en passant par les assiettes , le gout , l originalité , le service , et en plus , en français ce qui est un plus pour l explication des plats . Pdj évidement digne d un 5* ; et le buffet du soir également . Restaurant de la piscine également parfait et de très bon gout . Nous y retournerons .

The staff didn't seem to want to be there. The reception staff not happy. Room was ok and cleaned frequently.

The whole hotel was spotless & the staff are just amazing, highly recommended.

Room servicing patchy. Coffees milks etc not always properly replenished. Often room not made up until afternoon. Turn down done when room made up and not in evening. Breakfast ok but have had better

A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff. Yes, everything is spotless Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special. Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off. And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace... Fabulous! The hotel is fabulous... but on the edge of an awful "strip" of beach bars and restaurants doesn't make for the best spot... but we rarely left the hotel for the 8 day break. Would we go again... quite possibly for a warm pool winter break though, on checking the prices for January, I might have to sell the house... but we will keep looking!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, it was so peaceful and the views were stunning. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. It was so luxurious, we were treated like royalty and we cannot fault anything just perfect

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last week.

Superbe hôtel à proximité immédiate des commerces. De très belles prestations (piscine, salle de sport, restauration) et un personnel au top. Je recommande

A nice hotel that is in the process of being touched up. The room was lovely and modern but the dining and general areas are old fashioned. No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing. As there are not many children there, the odd one or two floaties should be allowed - infact they were on certain days depending on which manage was on. All a little confusing and stuck in time. Putting green needs repair as well.

recently stayed at Jardines de Nivaria and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff Yidan from the restaurant was amazing . I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excepcional hotel con unos inmensos jardines que junto a las piscinas (dulce y salada) y resto de instalaciones hacen que la estancia se disfrute con verdadero placer. A esto añadir la profesionalidad de todos los componentes de los equipos del hotel, desde la recepción, pasando por los maitres, camareros y servicio de habitaciones, siempre atendiendo con exquisita amabilidad y una sonrisa. Felicitaciones a todos y a la Dirección del hotel por haber conseguido este gran equipo humano.
