Realizo una reserva en Hotels.com que por problemas informáticos aparece dos veces;y al llegar al Hotel me dicen que no tienen el cobro y me piden la tarjeta de crédito. Reclamo a hotels.com por la doble y me dicen que el Hotel no contesta, también reclamo el pago al Hotel y dicen hacer un reingreso que nunca llegó ....Así que hoy procedí a la reclamacíón por via oficial y a la finalización con Hotels.com que es Expedia y con la cual tenía relación por más de 10 años....pasando a la competencia directa.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms look more like a poor pilgrim municipal auberge. Please do not reserve this hotel. The first night they didn't have hot water. I reserved for three nights but I decided not to come back on the second one even loosing the money. Because I didn't was able to get other hotel I returned for the third night. Hot water was returned. Staff only work from 6 pm to 11 pm. If you arrive early must wait outside. There is no restaurant near by, we have to go to the center of the city. The first room assigned was having a big leak from the washbasin. In the second room assigned the AC sent the air directly to the bed and was impossible to fix it. Neither room had night lamps, coffee maker nor refrigerator.

El espacio de habitación,las camas,y limpieza,no me gustó, qué a las6;30,empezarán a montar el desayuno y arrastrarán las sillas oía mucho los ruidos

Todo muy limpio y muy buen servicio, lo unico malo es que cada puerta que se cierra en el pasillo, arriba o abajo se escucha como si fuera en tu habitacion, por lo cual no se duerme bien.

The hotel in on the outskirts of the city, but right next to El Camino De Santiago. There is nothing open around the hotel after 7:00PM. My suggestion is to get something to eat for dinner before you get back to hotel. Junior was very helpful and cordial. I will definitely come back to this property
