L'hotel si trova una posizione molto tranquilla a 30 minuti dal centro di Siviglia e dall'aeroporto (motivo della nostra scelta). Struttura non molto recente. La pulizia della camera e del bagno poteva anche essere migliore. Nella nostra camera (201) il segnale wi-fi non era presente.

Nefasta la estancia, la habitacio no funcionanba tv, poca luz y de eaa poca luz 2 no funcionaban, el baño con moho, al entrar un fortisimo olor.... todo muy viejo, una pena porque la ubicacion es perfecta ....

Zimmer sind sehr schön. Nur durch die einfachen Türen hört man alle Geräusche bis in die Lobby.

Das Hotel liegt recht abgelegen den Berg hinauf – ohne Auto schwer erreichbar, dafür schön ruhig in der Natur mit toller Aussicht und großem Spielplatz. Die Anlage hat eigentlich viel Potenzial, wirkt aber etwas leerstehend und lieblos. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und schön, aber die Umgebung könnte gepflegter sein: alte Kunstrasen-Teppiche, viele Baumnadeln, verstreute Plastikstühle, keine Sonnenschirme oder Deko – schade, hier würde schon etwas Liebe zum Detail viel ausmachen. Positiv: an der Rezeption gibt es frische Poolhandtücher. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und in die Jahre gekommen. Aus dem Duschkopf spritzt Wasser aus allen möglichen Richtungen, die Türen der Duschkabine sind wackelig, die Dichtungen alt. Außerdem fehlt es an Dingen, die man eigentlich erwartet – ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich mal eine Klobürste vermissen würde. Und bei den Temperaturen wäre ein Minikühlschrank wirklich hilfreich gewesen. Das Zimmer ist recht hellhörig, und der klassische Schlüssel mit riesigem Anhänger wirkt genauso altmodisch wie die Einrichtung. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert immerhin gut. Insgesamt fehlt dem Hotel etwas Charme – mit modernerer Ausstattung, mehr Komfort und schönerer Gestaltung ließe sich hier viel herausholen. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist der Preis (ca. 250 € für 3 Nächte, 2 Erwachsene, ohne Frühstück) in Ordnung, aber das Potenzial bleibt ungenutzt.

The location is overall ok, the park is nice and there are many cats, which is always sweet. The pictures of the hotel are definitely NOT accurate, particularly the pool which is so rundown. The rooms have been "updated" but extremely badly and you might as well sleep on the floor with that bed. My husband had the worst back pain from it. A tiny sliver of soap and shampoo are provided and absolutely nothing else, no water, no coffee, no mini fridge... On and on. We were there on a Saturday and a wedding was going on until very late so if you want to sleep, bring earplugs. Upon check-in, the front desk guy told us the restaurant opened at 8pm but clearly didn't mention that because of the wedding we wouldn't be able to dine there, which we only found out once we came downstairs. TV doesn't turn on, lights don't work, flooring is all crooked and badly installed, the bathroom door hasn't had any grease for 50+ years it seems, so forget going to the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking your spouse up. We decided to checkout the next day and the woman at the front desk almost didn't seem surprised. She didn't give any indication of caring why we were leaving early or trying to ask if there's something they could do or apologize at all. She literally didn't give a damn. Avoid and don't trust the good reviews.

Desayuno bien, personal muy agradable. Aparcamiento cerca hay todo el que se quiera. Y lo cierto es que el edificio, tanto por dentro como por fuera, es una verdadera joya anclada en el tiempo. Lo único el baño olía un poco a cañería. Por lo demás fenomenal

Hotel was really good. Would benefit from EV charging. Guy on reception last night was excellent. So helpful. If we come again we would go for a bigger bed as the standard was quite small. Came down at 8am for breakfast. Nothing was ready. Had to ask and the guy scuttled from reception and turned all the lights on and starting laying stuff out. We were in a rush so could not wait. Only able to grab a coffee. But what we saw coming out was pretty poor and not worth what was charged...

De ligging is prachtig, het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamers proper. Diner is gewoon, niet veel keuze, soms te zoutig. Kamer 116 rook ferm naar Tabak, maar we kregen vlot een andere kamer.

Had an amazing stay here, really an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. The surrounding city is filled with kind people and great places to eat. The hotel itself is staffed also by very kind people and was overall very comfortable. There is also a good breakfast buffet. Overall highly recommend.

Super séjour hôtel superbe typique personnel a l écoute petite mention spéciale pour Fran toujours le sourire et a s inquiétez de notre bien être . Une vue magnifique,très calme de belles ballades à faire dans le parc ,la chambre spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement super prix aussi je recommande et nous reviendrons !

Our third visit, and our stay was as special as both previous ones. Peacefulness, remoteness, spotlessly clean room, very efficient A//C, light comfy lounge area. The swimming pool was much appreciated, as was the poolside bar (weekends) and the delicious food from the Oromana restaurant - open Monday - Saturday evenings and weekend lunchtimes. But... what makes this hotel exceptional is it's staff. Waiting staff, housekeeping, behind the scenes staff we never met, and reception staff were polite and professional. Reception staff in particular were helpful, organising taxis, restaurant bookings and drinks durung the day when the bar wasn't manned. All the reception staff worked very hard, and went above and beyond to fulfil our requests. But one gentleman stood out. Thankyou Fran for taking time to make us feel extra special - always a smile, handshake, advice on festivals we may enjoy another year and he produced an iron and extra coat hangers in a flash. He made us feel we were friends as well as guests. Thank you Fran, for your genuine wishes that we had a good stay at The Oromana.
