Our third visit, and our stay was as special as both previous ones. Peacefulness, remoteness, spotlessly clean room, very efficient A//C, light comfy lounge area. The swimming pool was much appreciated, as was the poolside bar (weekends) and the delicious food from the Oromana restaurant - open Monday - Saturday evenings and weekend lunchtimes. But... what makes this hotel exceptional is it's staff. Waiting staff, housekeeping, behind the scenes staff we never met, and reception staff were polite and professional. Reception staff in particular were helpful, organising taxis, restaurant bookings and drinks durung the day when the bar wasn't manned. All the reception staff worked very hard, and went above and beyond to fulfil our requests. But one gentleman stood out. Thankyou Fran for taking time to make us feel extra special - always a smile, handshake, advice on festivals we may enjoy another year and he produced an iron and extra coat hangers in a flash. He made us feel we were friends as well as guests. Thank you Fran, for your genuine wishes that we had a good stay at The Oromana.

Buenos días , no , nos han dado la habitación que reservamos , pero sin embargo nos han cobrado por ello , lo cual yo lo considero una estafa , así que mal visto lo que nos ha pasado no confiaremos más en vosotros y lo haremos saber a los demas

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Firstly, they advertise that there is a pool that you can use. While this is true that they have a pool, they did not open it until well after we travelled there. We were there for the week of May 19. Every other hotel we stayed at had an outdoor pool that was open and operable - this hotel z that we paid extra for, did not. We were extremely upset about that. The hotel was also extremely far from the town it was located in. It was a LONG walk to get to any civilization. There was nothing around!
When we booked it said we would have breakfast included. That was a lie. We had to pay for it, and it was EXTREMELY overpriced for the worst breakfast i've ever had.
They didnt give us ice when we had our own drinks (every other hotel did), and the rooms were mediocre at best.
We paid way more than we should have for extra amenities that we never got to use. We could have spent $500 less and gotten the same disappointment at a hotel without a pool.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel Oromana. The room is big. The beds are huge and good and clean, the bathroom sanitair Is clean. It’s a lovely and to me charming hotel, but the property needs to be renovated. Very few personal present. Diner was very sober.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. In die Stadt Sevilla mit dem Zug 30 Minuten. Sehr schönes altes Haus mit Charme. Das Personal ist super. Sehr hilfsbereit und versucht sehr gute Tips zu geben. Die Zimmer.... naja, mit Charme halt. Das eine Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gerochen, da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, war es zu verkraften. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir vorher abgetreist sind. Kein modernes Hotel, aber eines mit Charme. Ich würde es gern weiterempfehlen.

La habitación si que estaba bien y la limpieza buena pero el aire hacia un poco de ruido y el baño se notaba humedad y el techo le vendria bien una mano de pintura. Si se pilla a buen precio y solo para dormir esta aceptable.

We needed a place to stay near Seville as we were travelling again the next day. Lots of hot water. Whilst fairly basic, everything was clean. Very comfortable bed
