空港から1番のバスでホテルに来ることができます。バス停もほぼホテル前でアクセスは最高でした。帰りも徒歩2.3分のところに空港行きのバス停があります。 ホテルのWiFiは部屋ごとに接続され、スピードも早く快適でした。

スタッフの対応がとっても良かった。 部屋も清潔感があった。 街や海も遠くないので、観光しやすい場所。

+Near from a bus stop from the airport. : Good option for travellers arriving at late night +Near from central Mallorca : Many options for restaurants and for bus stops of many routes. +Staffs were kind. +View from the room was not good although it is unavoidable for central city hotels.

パルマの街中にあり商店街まで歩いて行けます。前は川で、朝夕はよく散歩している人がいます。 部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫もあって便利、朝食にはマジョルカ名物のパン、エンパナーダも出ます。地下にはジムもあり、フロント前に喫煙スペースもあります。

Although staffs were kind and helpful. Breakfasts were so so. They didn't provide tissues.

Bra hotell med fantastiskt läge, några hundra meter från borgen och vid kanalen. Flygbussen (A1) stannade utanför entrén!! Ganska enkel men helt ok frukost. Rummet rent och funktionellt. Kan tänka mig att boka igen.

Habitación limpia pero la recibí con cero amenidades; tuve que solicitar un jabón para manos en la recepción. Probablemente se debió esto a que me dieron la habitación muy temprano (mucho antes del check in).

No amenities what so ever. Shower gel and schampoo that’s it. Two paper cups, no glasses, no tea or coffee in room. Bed ok. Noisy from neighbours. Ok hotel but don’t expect more than ok.

Todo estaba bien, la ubicación a 10, 15 minutos de todo, la limpieza bien, el personal muy amable, la cama bastante cómoda, el desayuno no lo hicimos, y me sorprendió la falta de amenities, solo pastilla de jabón, gel y champú.

Great location, and very nice room

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, items such as the drinking water bottle were not replenished, and used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Before our arrival, we specifically contacted an Expedia representative to confirm that the hotel had functioning air conditioning, and we were assured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Additionally, the room was quite small and faced a street with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. Although we appreciated the pleasant service from the front desk upon arrival, we were disappointed that when we later requested a room change or asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of air conditioning, we were told that nothing further could be done beyond reporting the issue to management. Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights without receiving any resolution or follow-up.

Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till både sevärdigheter som katedralen, shoppinggator, hamnen, stranden & bra restauranger. Trevlig personal, enkelt men funktionellt gym, bra frukost. Perfekt läge om man vill utforska staden!

There was plenty of choices for breakfast, the staff were superb. The whole hotel was really well maintained. Overal a great place to be.
