空港から1番のバスでホテルに来ることができます。バス停もほぼホテル前でアクセスは最高でした。帰りも徒歩2.3分のところに空港行きのバス停があります。 ホテルのWiFiは部屋ごとに接続され、スピードも早く快適でした。

スタッフの対応がとっても良かった。 部屋も清潔感があった。 街や海も遠くないので、観光しやすい場所。

+Near from a bus stop from the airport. : Good option for travellers arriving at late night +Near from central Mallorca : Many options for restaurants and for bus stops of many routes. +Staffs were kind. +View from the room was not good although it is unavoidable for central city hotels.

パルマの街中にあり商店街まで歩いて行けます。前は川で、朝夕はよく散歩している人がいます。 部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫もあって便利、朝食にはマジョルカ名物のパン、エンパナーダも出ます。地下にはジムもあり、フロント前に喫煙スペースもあります。

Great location, and very nice room

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, items such as the drinking water bottle were not replenished, and used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Before our arrival, we specifically contacted an Expedia representative to confirm that the hotel had functioning air conditioning, and we were assured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Additionally, the room was quite small and faced a street with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. Although we appreciated the pleasant service from the front desk upon arrival, we were disappointed that when we later requested a room change or asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of air conditioning, we were told that nothing further could be done beyond reporting the issue to management. Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights without receiving any resolution or follow-up.

Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till både sevärdigheter som katedralen, shoppinggator, hamnen, stranden & bra restauranger. Trevlig personal, enkelt men funktionellt gym, bra frukost. Perfekt läge om man vill utforska staden!

There was plenty of choices for breakfast, the staff were superb. The whole hotel was really well maintained. Overal a great place to be.

Yes everything was excellent; staff happy and helpful, in all departments.All areas including room clean and tidy. Great location. Only 1 thing could improve it would be having coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Super freundlicher Service an der Rezeption und beim Team allgemein. Die Lage ist hervorragend für jemanden der Palma erkunden will. Das Zimmer sind ordentlich die Aussicht ich nicht so berauschend aber dafür bucht man dieses Hotel auch nicht.

Great hotel with modern rooms and an excellent central location with easy to walk to nearby shopping and public transportation. The room had USB power sockets and also wireless phone chargers by the bed, which was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice terrazzo area, although we did not use it (December visit). During summer evenings I am certain that we would have used it to relax and have a drink

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle zum und vom Flughafen ist um die Ecke. Die Haltestelle nach Arenal ist in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon war im 9. Stock. Super Aussicht auf die Kathedrale.
