All the staffs are kind and helpful. During the stay, we could get the full supports from them, such as the recommendation and reservation of the excellent Bar and restaurant, reservation of bus tickets, arranging the early breakfast, preparation of additional water and snacks and print out of the documents. In case of bring the take away lunch, not only plate and cutlery they prepare the table and chair!
During our stay, the timing of going out was quite irregular but even the short time, they cleaned the room and kept it clean and comfortable.
By these excellent services, we really enjoyed our stay at Salamanca.

同地区のホテルは古いホテルが多いが、Hotel Recterは内装は新しくてお洒落、清掃も行き届いており、ホテルとしては申し分がないが、残念ながら１をつけた。理由は朝7時半にチェックアウトしようとしたところ、会計担当者が不在という理由でチェックアウトを拒否され、おかげで飛行機に乗り遅れる事態となった。なお、チェックインのときにも早朝チェックアウトが不可という説明もない。地方の民宿ならばともかく、4星のモダンホテルとしては最低のフロント業務レベル。

The staff makes this hotel so special! What kind and helpful individuals! The room was lovely and the breakfast served in a lovely room was bountiful! We could not have wished for more. The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy Salamanca on foot. They made dinner reservations for us and directed us to the important sites to see. Perfect visit!!

Honestly we have stayed in thousands of hotels and Hotel Rector would be in our top 10 - if you go to Salamanca this is the hotel to stay at. The staff especially Ignatius and Andrea went beyond the norms of reception - we would recommend the hotel it was fantastic.

Staff was incredible and couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was excellent, beds and pillows fabulous and was the perfect Salamanca stay. Would not have been possible to find a finer hotel in this area and thrilled that we discovered it.
