Perfect. The location, services, room, breakfast etc. It is worth staying.

フロントの方をはじめ、ホテルの方が大変親切で、心地よく滞在できました。大晦日だったので、事前にレストランの予約に関する情報をメールで送ってくださり、大変ありがたかったです。駐車場をチェックアウト後も使用させてもらえて、助かりました。

All the staffs are kind and helpful. During the stay, we could get the full supports from them, such as the recommendation and reservation of the excellent Bar and restaurant, reservation of bus tickets, arranging the early breakfast, preparation of additional water and snacks and print out of the documents. In case of bring the take away lunch, not only plate and cutlery they prepare the table and chair! During our stay, the timing of going out was quite irregular but even the short time, they cleaned the room and kept it clean and comfortable. By these excellent services, we really enjoyed our stay at Salamanca.

同地区のホテルは古いホテルが多いが、Hotel Recterは内装は新しくてお洒落、清掃も行き届いており、ホテルとしては申し分がないが、残念ながら１をつけた。理由は朝7時半にチェックアウトしようとしたところ、会計担当者が不在という理由でチェックアウトを拒否され、おかげで飛行機に乗り遅れる事態となった。なお、チェックインのときにも早朝チェックアウトが不可という説明もない。地方の民宿ならばともかく、4星のモダンホテルとしては最低のフロント業務レベル。

Increíble la calidad de servicio y calidez con el que uno es recibido y de la misma forma cuando uno se va. Dejamos el auto en Parking del hotel y que grata sorpresa que sin pedirlo nos limpiaron todos los cristales del auto que venían muy sucios de carretera. Muchas gracias, volveremos seguramente.

Great and friendly staff - excellent location

The staff is excellent, especially Carlos at night. He asked and had our room at a specific temperature on arrival and made us feel very much at home. Breakfast was quite good….but not free (24.50/p)

This was a delightful stay. The staff were among the most enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely helpful I’ve encountered in recent memory. As soon as I pulled up in front, they immediately took care of every detail. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities, the breakfast was perfect with wonderfully personal attention, and at checkout they even sent us off with a small bag of water and snacks for the road. The location is ideal—just outside the old city wall and only steps from the magnificent Roman Bridge. Cross the street and you’re in the heart of the old town with hundreds of dining options. All thumbs up for both the hotel and its exceptional staff 👍

Stayed in Salamanca for two nights at the end of a two week trip touring by car across Spain. Without doubt the finest hotel on the whole trip. Location is perfect- directly opposite the city walls and within a few minutes walk of the Roman bridge, Cathedral’s and all the other attractions. The Rector was immaculate and couldn’t really be faulted at all. Greeted kerbside by the main entrance, bags taken and our car valet parked in the indoor hotel car park (itself charming with walls full of art). Great check in experience with lots of help on attractions and dining options. Room was perfect and very well equipped with all those little extras that make a difference. Turn down service in the evening with “treats” left for us. Breakfast was the best of the trip, expansive high quality buffet but also individual at table service for fruit and cooked options. Check out also done over breakfast rather than stood at a reception desk (it was also started early just for us as we had a ferry to catch). Car waiting outside the hotel for us straight after (and fully charged as well for the journey to Santander). Special mention to Ignacio who was greeted us on arrival and waived us goodbye. Nothing was too much bother - a real credit to the hotel!
