フロントの方をはじめ、ホテルの方が大変親切で、心地よく滞在できました。大晦日だったので、事前にレストランの予約に関する情報をメールで送ってくださり、大変ありがたかったです。駐車場をチェックアウト後も使用させてもらえて、助かりました。

All the staffs are kind and helpful. During the stay, we could get the full supports from them, such as the recommendation and reservation of the excellent Bar and restaurant, reservation of bus tickets, arranging the early breakfast, preparation of additional water and snacks and print out of the documents. In case of bring the take away lunch, not only plate and cutlery they prepare the table and chair! During our stay, the timing of going out was quite irregular but even the short time, they cleaned the room and kept it clean and comfortable. By these excellent services, we really enjoyed our stay at Salamanca.

同地区のホテルは古いホテルが多いが、Hotel Recterは内装は新しくてお洒落、清掃も行き届いており、ホテルとしては申し分がないが、残念ながら１をつけた。理由は朝7時半にチェックアウトしようとしたところ、会計担当者が不在という理由でチェックアウトを拒否され、おかげで飛行機に乗り遅れる事態となった。なお、チェックインのときにも早朝チェックアウトが不可という説明もない。地方の民宿ならばともかく、4星のモダンホテルとしては最低のフロント業務レベル。

An Unforgettable Hotel Experience It has been a very long time since I’ve experienced the level of hospitality. From the moment we pulled up, the experience was exceptional. Right at the entrance, the staff was there to greet us, assist with our luggage, and ensure we didn’t have to lift a finger. Every member of the team made us feel sincerely welcomed. After escorting us to our beautiful room, they carefully explained every detail of the hotel, provided a city map, recommended the best places to visit, and even suggested wonderful restaurants. Their attention to detail and desire to make our stay memorable was unlike anything we’ve experienced during our travels. The room itself was absolutely stunning. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered—from complimentary water, chocolates, fresh fruit, and a bottle of champagne waiting for us, to the luxurious Bulgari amenities that immediately conveyed the hotel’s commitment to quality. The room had the most wonderful fresh scent and simply felt elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. Then came one of my favorite surprises. When we returned from dinner, the room had been prepared for the evening with chocolates placed on each nightstand and a handwritten note wishing us “Sweet Dreams.” It was such a simple gesture, yet it perfectly represented the incredible care and attention! What truly sets Hotel Rector apart, however, is its people. Every employee we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate!

Excelente opcion de hospedaje en Salamanca. La atencion del personal es fantastica, muy gentiles, atentos, .. una maravilla. Situado justo en las afueras del casco historico, nos permitio de esta joya historica, sin inonvenientes de parqueo.

Exceptional service. Clean and comfortable spacious room. Hotel staff were courteous and attentive. Walking distance to the main square and old town. Parking was available on site. Complimentary soft drinks throughout our stay.

I have to start by saying that this place is a GEM. From the moment you walk in and you feel the five star treatment. The staff will greet you and they will speak your language, either Spanish or English. They are extremely helpful and they assist you planning any tours, event, research and everything to make it a five star treatment. The room is so clean, that you do not want to undo the bed. They clean the room once or twice daily and they leave your random notes and the weather for the next day and chocolates. The 24 hour bar that is served by the front desk staff as well makes it a lot easier. They are very personable and care for their guest. Highly recommend.

Nos trataron fabuloso. El hotel está muy cuidado y decorado muy elegante. Nos tuvieron muchos detalles como recibirnos con una botella de vino blanco en la habitación. Todo el personal muy amables y atentos. De los hoteles en donde me he sentido muy consentida. Volvería sin dudarlo.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, con muchas amenidades y cortesías en su mini bar, aparte la atención y el trato con mucha calidez. La ubicación muy buena. 100% recomendado
