ホテル リベラ デ トリアナ - 再オープン！

どうして、このホテルの評価が高いのかわかりません。設備は老朽化し、部屋はかび臭く、体調を崩しました。ベッドはスプリングが弱っていているフニャフニャでした。シャワーやセーフティボックスも壊れていて、修理にも、部屋の交換にも応じませんでした。 最低なホテルです。

川沿いで景観の良い部屋でしたがwifiが弱く困りました。ビジネスマン利用の多い落ち着いた雰囲気です。バスターミナルや大きなスーパーも近く利用し易いと思います。

部屋は広く良いですが、スタッフがとにかく高飛車。 ホテル設備などの説明もなく、質問しても大して答えてくれず、不愉快。

基本的に満足しています。 立地は中心部から離れていますが、ホテルの目の前にバス停があるのであまり気になりませんでした。 設備はWifiの強さを除いて完璧で、レストランも良い雰囲気でした。強いて言うならば、このレベルの大きさのホテルの割にはプールが小さいくらいですが、まあ、あまり気にはなりませんでした。

Room was spotless, staff super friendly

The hotel is very modern and I assume recently renovated. Check was simple , no dramas. Beautiful room with all mod cons needed. Good selection of quality toiletries provided. We only had breakfast, but what a breakfast. Lots of choices and amazing view over the river. The staff were attentive and even gave us chocolates made by the staff. Surrounding area has a local feel and some good restaurants within 10 minute walk.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and well presented. The hotel is only about 20 mins walk from the Cathedral and 5 mins to the shopping centre which has some good restaurants. The staff were helpful and polite. The bedroom was spotless with a huge bed, mini bar, room temperature control. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and eggs cooked to order, best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. My favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop bar. A great view across Seville at night. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Upon entering the room, we found that it was not clean to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber. The floor and corners were infested with small ants. We were then moved to a room on the fourth floor, which had a nice terrace, but the cleanliness was still unsatisfactory. Behind the table, I found a small gecko, which I had to remove myself before calling room service to clean the area. Really they have nice facilities and nice hotel, but they have to take care about cleaning better, much better

Chambre propre et spacieuse. On aurait préféré être dans une chambre en hauteur même juste le 1er étage. Les chambres au rdc sont moyenne. On ne peut pas ouvrir les rideaux de risque de voir les passants et aussi on entends les discussions des passants.

The room we had was amazing!! Great views over the river and the old town. Staff friendly and courteous. Breakfasts had so much choice!!

Altogether a great stay at a good hotel

Hotel facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport, bus EA direct jusqu’à plaza de Armas et traverser pont Cristo. Bien insonorisé vis a vis de l’avenue de l’ Expo, promenade sur les quais agreable et plus calme que le centre ville, à 15 min du pont Isabel lI à pied.Très bon accueil à la réception, chambre spacieuse et mobilier neuf, service de chambre parfait, petit déjeuner excellent très copieux et varié avec un service très efficace souriant et discret avec vue. superbe roof top pour profiter de Séville et vue du canal Alfonso. Petite piscine avec quelques transats , manque serviettes de bain (à méditer)

Beautiful Hotel and setting. We had a suite on the 4th floor with large terrace facing the river/lake. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. Highly Recommend choosing this property.

Exceptional stay! Staff are amazing and facilities are super clean, modern, well maintained for a ver comfortable stay in Seville. I would certainly stay again :) It would be nice to have some halal options at breakfast to cater for the Muslim guests that stay. But that would just be a bonus. Everything was great nonetheless!

Very bad parking situation. It is expensive and there are very few spaces. The spaces are extremely hard to get in and out of. It is really dangerous to take the required turn on the ramp.
