ホテル リベラ デ トリアナ - 再オープン！

どうして、このホテルの評価が高いのかわかりません。設備は老朽化し、部屋はかび臭く、体調を崩しました。ベッドはスプリングが弱っていているフニャフニャでした。シャワーやセーフティボックスも壊れていて、修理にも、部屋の交換にも応じませんでした。 最低なホテルです。

川沿いで景観の良い部屋でしたがwifiが弱く困りました。ビジネスマン利用の多い落ち着いた雰囲気です。バスターミナルや大きなスーパーも近く利用し易いと思います。

部屋は広く良いですが、スタッフがとにかく高飛車。 ホテル設備などの説明もなく、質問しても大して答えてくれず、不愉快。

基本的に満足しています。 立地は中心部から離れていますが、ホテルの目の前にバス停があるのであまり気になりませんでした。 設備はWifiの強さを除いて完璧で、レストランも良い雰囲気でした。強いて言うならば、このレベルの大きさのホテルの割にはプールが小さいくらいですが、まあ、あまり気にはなりませんでした。

This hotel is a real mix of positives and frustrations. The décor, public areas and rooftop spaces look genuinely luxurious and wouldn’t feel out of place in a five-star property. However, while the hotel is officially four-star, much of the overall experience felt closer to three-star. On arrival, it seemed odd that we weren’t given a map or any local information. We were directed to the information desk the following morning instead. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. The rep appeared far more interested in selling trips/excursions than offering general advice about Seville. My husband was extremely embarrassed by what felt like excessive flirting in an attempt to secure a sale. In the end, we booked a trip elsewhere. The location is excellent for exploring Triana, with plenty of cafés and restaurants within a short walk. Most of Seville’s main attractions were also easily reached by Uber for around €6. Our room smelled lovely on arrival and the air conditioning was excellent throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well. We had a second-floor river-view room, although the view was mostly obscured by trees. The room had several practical shortcomings. There was no mirror near the desk and chair, making hair and makeup difficult unless standing in the bathroom, where the mirror quickly steamed up. There were no USB charging ports, and the safe was not particularly user-friendly. Lots of issues. Would not return

Nous avons été déçus d'avoir la terrasse avec vue sur la ville et non sur le Guadalquivir comme les photos le montrent. Pour le prix, nous trouvons cela très décevant et un poil escroqué. Sinon r.a.s.

Great location clean rooms and hotel good parking and they even cleaned windshield of car from bugs

Throughout my sister and mines stay, we felt out of place due to outright destain by the staff to us, feeling very judged and uncomfortable. We put this down to being young adults and maybe a little bit of them looking down at us. A couple examples being told only people staying can access the swimming pool or faces being pulled when we tried to order food at the restaurant. It is without a doubt a lovely place with a nice view but I wouldn’t recommend due to our bad experience.

Overpriced and definitely not a good deal but I can't help cos I need a hotel room in short notice.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel just on the other side of the river from the main town. Lovely modern, bright, airy rooms.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã ok frutas pães bolos e queixos, ovos.

We felt that hotel was a quiet oasis after a busy day sightseeing. It's only a 20 minute walk from all the main beautiful features of the city. The hotel was very clean. We had an extremely comfortable bed and good sized bedroom. There was a varied breakfast menu catering for most tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

schöne große Suite mit Balkon, alles sehr sauber, nur keine begehbare Dusche, Haltegriffe an der Badewanne fehlten.

Très bel hotel, bien rénové et très confortable. Bonne situation dans le haut du quartier de Triana mais proche de tous les centres d’attractions en quelques minutes. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment super avec du choix et de la qualité. L’espace Piscine en terrasse est sympa mais sans doute un peu trop petit en période de forte affluence.

The hotel was located in a great place and was very clean. This hotel was chosen because it had a gym. The treadmill was out of service and when asked when it would be repaired the hotel staff didn't seem like they were interested in having it fixed and did not express to client any urgency to fix it. This was disappointing. The front desk staff didn't seem as friendly as other staff's in other hotels we have stayed at in Sevilla. The housekeeping staff were very friendly though.

The room very clean but only one coffee in the room for two people. The gym did not have a lot of equipment and was small. We did not have breakfast so we can’t comment. The decor in the hotel was amazing and so was the rooftop pool and terrace. The river views from the hotel and our room were stunning. A good 30 min walk into old Seville, which was fine for us, but only around 8 euros in a taxi if you’ve had enough of walking. Hotel in the neighbourhood of Triana which more local and cheaper to eat and drink. We did have a problem on the last couple of days with maintenance men in the hotel waking us up with banging at 8 am in the morning. However the hotel staff were amazing and offered to switch rooms and gave us a late checkout to compensate. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The property has a lovely view, overlooking the river, the rooms are very good value, the reception staff were very good, they young lady on the tourism desk was fantastic and helped me plan my stay, made it memorable. Thank you all.

Der bliver sprøjtet med noget rengøringsmiddel på værelset som var lidt for meget. Ellers var alt fint og nyt

Lovely room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Really liked the rooftop bar and a nice location overall.
