どうして、このホテルの評価が高いのかわかりません。設備は老朽化し、部屋はかび臭く、体調を崩しました。ベッドはスプリングが弱っていているフニャフニャでした。シャワーやセーフティボックスも壊れていて、修理にも、部屋の交換にも応じませんでした。 最低なホテルです。

川沿いで景観の良い部屋でしたがwifiが弱く困りました。ビジネスマン利用の多い落ち着いた雰囲気です。バスターミナルや大きなスーパーも近く利用し易いと思います。

部屋は広く良いですが、スタッフがとにかく高飛車。 ホテル設備などの説明もなく、質問しても大して答えてくれず、不愉快。

基本的に満足しています。 立地は中心部から離れていますが、ホテルの目の前にバス停があるのであまり気になりませんでした。 設備はWifiの強さを除いて完璧で、レストランも良い雰囲気でした。強いて言うならば、このレベルの大きさのホテルの割にはプールが小さいくらいですが、まあ、あまり気にはなりませんでした。

Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay in. The room was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and the balcony river view was perfect. Nice turn down service. Breakfast has a huge choice, great quality with lots of thoughtful touches, and very nice to have crepes/waffles made to order. The roof top bar is nice anytime of day and cocktails lovely. All staff were very nice and helpful also. Would absolutely stay again.

Ideal location close to all tourist attractions

The staff is kind and friendly, the hotel is brand new, in very good condition at its price point. I had several packages arriving earlier than my check-in and they helped me with all. So the team is perfect. Yet, I have never seen a hotel that doesn't serve at least one bottle of water complimentary throughout my life.

Nice clean rooms, good showers, very comfortable beds and pillows. Good area, very friendly staff.

Hôtel accessible à pied même si légèrement excentré. En contre partie, très facile d’accès en voiture ( parking sous terrain payant). Hôtel refait à neuf chambres et salles de bains fonctionnelles et propres. Roof top très sympa pour prendre l’apéro. Piscine très petite. Petit déjeuner au top servi dans une très jolie salle vitrée au dernier étage. C’était un très bon choix !

Rummet var rent och fräscht, personalen trevligt och välkomnande. Utsikten mot floden och staden fin, rummen tysta och sängarna bekväma. Vi uppskattade särkilt pianisten som spelade i baren på kvällen. Väldigt trevligt!

Staff in reception very nice. Room very clean, although a bit of wear and tear for a hotel that boasts about reopening (cigarette burn on bedside table). Americans will love the bland food in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel newly refurbished with a nice bar, restaurant and rooftop pool. They were very kind to give us a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary! Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Our only criticism is that the air freshener or cleaning products had a very strong scent, which gave us a bit of a headache every time the room was cleaned or even when you’re in the lobby. Overall a lovely stay thank you!

Lovely modern hotel , staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Me and my partner came to our anniversary and couldn’t fault it. Hotel is in the perfect spot for local feel but close enough to walk into the centre of Séville. Would definitely recommend for all ages and and travel purposes.

Clean room, pleasant staff, good price, good location

Very much average and not to the level you would expect of 4 star as advertised. Rooms nice and staff friendly and a good breakfast. But, in room coffee and tea was rarely replenished, we asked for a king on booking but were given 2 twin beds with separate bedding, hotel bar food and drink was not value for $, and the hotel gym was unusable unless you wanted a hot yoga experience. The temp in the gym was 30c+ and was never fixed after I asked 3 times at the front desk. Their solution was to jam the gym door wide open. Overall would not stay again.

Problème de chauffage la première nuit. Bien placé si on marche 15 kms par jour. Salle de bain immense et pratique. Parking facile devant l'hôtel.

Hotel entièrement rénové. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Seville . Parking sous l'hotel 24 euros par jour . Bon rapport qualité prix.
