During my trip, I had to check out earlier than planned due to the passing of a family member. Although I had booked five nights and stayed for two, I informed Expedia’s support team about the situation. However, I did not receive a refund for the remaining nights. I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, so I was a little disappointed that there was no consideration shown under such circumstances. Perhaps I should have purchased travel insurance.

スタッフの皆さんが親切で朝食も非常に美味しく、部屋がすごく清潔でした。静かで物音がしないので熟睡できました。グエル公園とカサ・ヴィセンスは徒歩圏内。地下鉄とバスのアクセスも非常に便利なので静かで落ち着いた宿が好みの方にはおすすめです。

空港までもタクシーで近く、なによりグエル公園まで徒歩で行けるのはポイント高い。歩いていてとても気持ちの良い地区です。 学区が近いためか学校帰りの子供達とファミリーが大勢公園で遊んでいて治安は良いです。 ホテルは写真で見るより高級感が漂う空間と受付スタッフでした。スタッフはパリッとしていて礼儀正しくフレンドリーで素敵でした。 またここに泊まりたいです。

The restaurant downstairs had pretty good local options. They also offer room service that was quite inexpensive. You can also use Whatsapp to talk to the front desk without calling. I will say, I was pleased to find 3 dirty towels in my bathroom upon arrival. It seems as if housekeeping had folded up the towels from the prior guest or maybe replaced mistakingly with used towels. The rooms are also not quite sound-proof. I could hear a lot from the next door guests whether I was in my room or even from the bathroom. I could even hear the guest next door snoring for hours. The location was pretty convenient and the staff was nice. That’s the only thing I liked as well as the daily housekeeping and extra water. I wouldn’t stay again. But, this is a good spot if you’re looking for some place just to chill for a little bit.

Outstanding staff, people centered and oriented to customer service. Special thanks to Gloria, Dimitri, Marco, Mariam and Lady who made my stay comfortable and humanly warm. Appreciated.

Very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Great breakfast. And the location is ideal, you can walk to Parc Güell, and to Gràcia, where there are endless dining options, and the subway takes you anywhere you want to go.

Chambre très grande et bien agencée, juste dommage que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas pour aérer. Parking payant sous-terrain pas très pratique pour les grosses voitures. Petit-déjeuner très complet et très qualitatif.

Every aspect of my stay was more than I expected. I recommended the hotel to friends and family.

The room was clean the staff was eager to help.

Everything was very clean and neat. The staff were friendly and attentive. We always came back to a clean room and complimentary water bottles that were greatly appreciated. Not far from main attractions, while in a safe area. Would definitely come back. 10/10
