During my trip, I had to check out earlier than planned due to the passing of a family member. Although I had booked five nights and stayed for two, I informed Expedia’s support team about the situation. However, I did not receive a refund for the remaining nights. I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, so I was a little disappointed that there was no consideration shown under such circumstances. Perhaps I should have purchased travel insurance.

スタッフの皆さんが親切で朝食も非常に美味しく、部屋がすごく清潔でした。静かで物音がしないので熟睡できました。グエル公園とカサ・ヴィセンスは徒歩圏内。地下鉄とバスのアクセスも非常に便利なので静かで落ち着いた宿が好みの方にはおすすめです。

空港までもタクシーで近く、なによりグエル公園まで徒歩で行けるのはポイント高い。歩いていてとても気持ちの良い地区です。 学区が近いためか学校帰りの子供達とファミリーが大勢公園で遊んでいて治安は良いです。 ホテルは写真で見るより高級感が漂う空間と受付スタッフでした。スタッフはパリッとしていて礼儀正しくフレンドリーで素敵でした。 またここに泊まりたいです。

The property is clean, modern. staff very attentive and pleasant. the room was lovely. The breakfast buffet was very good, particularly for a hotel, lots of options and tasty.

Quarto impecável, restaurante e opções de café da manhã muito bons. Drinks de boas vindas é um mimo incrível. Localização muito tranquila, fácil acesso ao Parque Guell e à Sagrada Família se você não se importar com uma caminhada.

Pretty high end hotel. I booked it for its dedicated parking and being in an area that seemed safe to park my car, despite the higher price. The parking of the hotel is extremely small, like, maybe 10 parking spots. In my case, it was almost empty, but may not always be the case Parking cost is extra. I forget how much, 25 euros along those lines. Room was very clean and pretty nice. Bed was comfortable, kettle was provided.

The restaurant downstairs had pretty good local options. They also offer room service that was quite inexpensive. You can also use Whatsapp to talk to the front desk without calling. I will say, I was pleased to find 3 dirty towels in my bathroom upon arrival. It seems as if housekeeping had folded up the towels from the prior guest or maybe replaced mistakingly with used towels. The rooms are also not quite sound-proof. I could hear a lot from the next door guests whether I was in my room or even from the bathroom. I could even hear the guest next door snoring for hours. The location was pretty convenient and the staff was nice. That’s the only thing I liked as well as the daily housekeeping and extra water. I wouldn’t stay again. But, this is a good spot if you’re looking for some place just to chill for a little bit.
