Not clean, not as pictured, very old and outdated. Really bad.

Its what you expect for a budget friendly hotel , The food is very basic and not a huge selection the hotel itself needs a lot off work done it’s very dated and the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom when running, the walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel but there is taxis about or the hotel can call them but on another note the staff are really helpful and there is two pools which are very clean and the hotel is around loads off shops and food places so good location

Hotel que todo y tener 4 estrellas , las roza nada más. Habitaciones un poco descuidadas, piscina pequeña para tantas habitaciones, falta de control de cierto perfil de turista,escandaloso, borracho y irespetuoso. El menú muy bien, el personal de comedor excelente. En general es un buen hotel venido a menos.

Habitaciones antiguas, mal conservadas , Restaurante súper sucio Y sobretodo ponerme cara al cementerio es lo que menos gracias me causo

A fuir ! C'est le premier hôtel où l'on n'a pas pu se reposer. Chambres non insonorisees, personnel de l'accueil pas aimable et qui n'explique pas l'offre all inclusive (qui d'ailleurs n'est pas intéressante car boisson bas de marque pas bonnes). Aucune gestion des personnes alcoolisés à la piscine et spa qui apportent leurs enceintes et hurlent. Chambres avec des lits jumeaux (sympa pour les couples) et fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas à clés. Pour la piscine, pas assez de transats alors qu'ils en ont et ne veulent pas les sortir. J'ai demandé à mes nettoyer car fiandes d'oiseaux dessus en plus. En bonus pas de parking, il faut se garer dans la rue (gratuite quasi partout) mais peu de place. Nous étions hors saison, cela doit être un enfer en saison estivale. Pour les repas, du choix mais salle très mais alors très bruyantes (tout résonne). Enfin l'équipe d'animation était nulle. Ils ne vont pas voir tout le monde et font toutes les animations en espagnol. En bref choisissez ailleurs si vous voulez profiter de vacances.

L'hôtel etait très bien. Bonne animation par contre chambre très mal insonorisé c'est comme si nous dormions avec les fenêtres grandes ouvertes

Plusieurs séjour chez eux, mais malheureusement les nuits sont toujours aussi bruyantes avec des gens qui ne respectent pas la tranquillité des gens qui dorment !!!!!

The hotel is definitely not a four-star property, but overall it was still a nice stay. I would consider going back if I visit Lloret de Mar again. The room was clean, and the food was decent—nothing amazing, but perfectly fine. We paid for breakfast, and it was good. One thing I did notice was that the glasses weren’t always properly cleaned. One morning I went to get some water, picked up a “clean” glass, and it still had dried food on it, which suggests the dishwasher hadn’t done its job properly. What made this more frustrating is that those same neighbors actually came and knocked on our door—banging loudly—which was quite aggressive. We reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. On another night, the neighbors were being loud around 2 a.m., and when we called reception to complain, again nothing was done. It felt very inconsistent that when it came to us, the hotel took immediate action, but when we raised concerns about other guests, it wasn’t handled at all. Also the pools close at 8-9 PM + for the inside pool and the sauna you have to make a reservation you cant just go in whenever you want or stay as long as you want👎. The reservations were for 1 hour and you couldn’t stay longer. inside pool opens at 9 am Overal I’d rate this hotel a 3/5 Score would’ve been higher if it wasn’t for the neighbors and the fact that the front desk did nothing about the noise when we complained

Clean rooms and hotel generally, staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Indoor pool although booked a place others had stayed and was around 40 people in the indoor pool area not 20 as they say it should be for booking. Buffet was ok, found food to eat but was mostly fish. Rooms very thin walls and could hear everyone at night. I would not say it’s a four star hotel, more like a 3. Overall for the price I paid as was cheap it was fine but would not want to pay high rates for this.

Bonjour, les chambres et l'hotel sont sales, nous n'avons pas eu droit d'accéder à la piscine intérieur au hammam et au spa, les gens faisaient énormément de bruit dans les couloirs de l'hotel en criant et frappant firt à la chambre à côté ce qui nous à empécher de dormir. Je déconseille cet hotel.

Location, spa and breakfast are great. The room are lil outdated but it compensates with the viewing. Car park is a nightmare so plan accordingly. However, I would stay there again.

Trop de monde dans la piscine malgré la réservation. Impossible de nager.

Sa fait 2 foix que je vien et je ne suis pas déçu

Jugendherberge, kein Zugang zu Pool da ausgebucht. Matratze durchgelegen.
