The hotel is really nice. Clean rooms beautiful water views. The area is really central but a bit tacky - lots of pubs, restaurants and bars with neon signs. The playa Del Duce area is much nicer.

Room was ok but a bit dissapointing for a 5 star = the bathroom toiletries were like any other Hotel in plastic bottles some were hard to us pressing down on the bottles to release the soap glad I took my own /also no waste bin in the bathroom. Had to ask for milk for the fridge although some people went out to buy it, surely for the price paid they should have been checked daily - the food was also only warm - not a lot of vegetables except Christmas day, there was a good variety of food for different nationalities who staid there -also having to pay for water with your evening meal? Nice looking hotel but also came with various problems

Great facilities, lovely staff at checkin.
Two small issues though. Cockroach scuttled under the bed when we entered the room, so better checking required.
Also one of the reasons we booked through Expedia was the inclusion of a free bottle of wine, welcome drinks and a food voucher.
We only received the welcome drinks. Although these were appreciated and the welcome was warm.

So much thought has gone into the running of this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived we received fantastic attention from staff, all of whom were cheerful, helpful and caring.
Our room was amazing, with a huge bed and magnificent view. Absolute comfort was ensured.
Food was delicious, in great quantity and with various cuisines. We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again.
The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!

The property was 5 star adults only. But its grounds were limited and its rules were unnecessarily restrictive. For instance we paid for a late checkout to 2.00pm. But we couldn’t have our all inclusive available during that time. We could also not have any al a carte dining during the 5 days we stayed whereas when we go to Sandals, the AI Is available right to the time of leaving the hotel.

The hotel was awesome with lots of amenities on offer. Loved that they have their own app where you could reserve your sun bed for the day. All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions. There are heaps of places around to eat at your own leisure and a lot cheaper. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fabulous stay. Lovely clean room & comfortable beds.
The food was amazing and beautifully arranged with so much variety.
