The hotel was amazing! This was

The property was 5 star adults only. But its grounds were limited and its rules were unnecessarily restrictive. For instance we paid for a late checkout to 2.00pm. But we couldn’t have our all inclusive available during that time. We could also not have any al a carte dining during the 5 days we stayed whereas when we go to Sandals, the AI Is available right to the time of leaving the hotel.

The hotel was awesome with lots of amenities on offer. Loved that they have their own app where you could reserve your sun bed for the day. All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions. There are heaps of places around to eat at your own leisure and a lot cheaper. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

I came for a short break. Convenient hotel, great location, good food options, the gym had everything I needed and the area around the pool was relaxing. Staff are all very friendly as well.

We had a fabulous stay. Lovely clean room & comfortable beds. The food was amazing and beautifully arranged with so much variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was very welcoming. The entertainment at night was great! Would love to come back.

From the moment we arrived all the staff made us feel so welcome. This continued throughout the whole stay. The hotel is immaculately maintained and the staff polite, friendly and always on hand to help. The pool is a great temperature and the feature of booking sun beds means there’s always a lounger available. The place is quiet and relaxing with food to suit everyone. There’s a great art gallery and small market stalls with local sellers with handmade or quality items.

Love everything about this hotel. 4th visit and improvements just keep making it better!

Great location! Amazing breakfast & pools onsite. Choose adults only and enjoyed how they cater with arts and fab entertainment for guests. Lovely ambience and eco friendly values! Second time we visited and will be back.

Amazing hotel. Right beside the beach and restaurants. Lovely staff who are friendly and helpful. Great doorman too who is joyful.

Great place to spend a few days. Fantastic staff and well thought out privilege class of hospitality. Great breakfasts and a fun pool with free ice creams handed out if you’re lucky. Costa Adeje doesn’t have a lot to recommend it but this hotel is a standout

Lovely hotel just a couple of minutes from the beach. The sea and sunset views by the outside bar are lovely. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are big and really comfy and clean. Breakfast was fab, with different options each day too. It’s a shame that there are so many areas of sunbathing / pool that you can’t access unless you have priority / premium access. But that’s a minor thing really. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is a delight, incredibly clean and the staff are friendly. The pool area was pleasant. The only downside was they offered Expedia Gold VIP perks at booking but it proved difficult to get the perks at the hotel.
