駅から近くアクセスがよかったです！

It's a nice Hotel to stay for sightseeing trip to Barcelona. It takes about 20min. to go city central!

部屋は広かったし清潔だった。冷蔵庫はなかった。 洗面所にしかゴミ箱がなかった。

低価格にもかかわらず、室内がとても綺麗でした。お願いすれば毎日ルームクリーニングも対応してもらえました。ホテルのフロントや、廊下も綺麗でした。 また、グラウンドフロアにはカフェが併設されていて、コーヒーやパンを購入することができました。カフェのイートインスペースも十分な広さがありました。 一方で、これは私のミスですが、３人でダブルベッド＋エクストラベッドの部屋に宿泊したところ、部屋のテーブルが無くなってしまい、少し不便でした。（テーブルが変形してエクストラベッドになる作りだったためです。） テーブルが必要な方は部屋を選択する際にご留意ください。

Je souligne la proactivite du personnel de reception sur les recommandations où aller et comment s'y rendre, les informations sur les sites touristiques, les transports, etc...., je suis conquis et je recommande fortement IBIS BARCELONA RIPOLLET

Très bon hôtel avec un prix attractif pour le niveau de prestation. Je reviendrai probablement.

Alfons at check in was awesome, we arrived early and had alot of questions which had answers to. Very kind ! Train was 10 min walk and huge grocery store right next door. Also there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Thanks so much!

Clean, comfortable, simple stay. short walk to train into city. good amenities near the hotel too, I was able to get a sim card close by as well as grocery items. Breakfast had reasonable assortment of items.

Rooms are cleaner, It is near to station. Breakfast is okay, but could have improved.

El desayuno excelente, bastante variado, fresco, y capuchinos muy bueno, jugos, totulla de patatas, cereales, frutas ♡♡!! Necesitan mejorar las condiciones de la habitación: No hay caja de seguridad, ni contenedor de basura en la habitación solo uno pequeño en el baño. La cama muy floja, al menos cómoda. Jeny muy atenta en la recepción y otra señora, pero los demás indispuestos ayudar. Supermercados y restaurantes bastantes cerca al hotel. Hotel un poco lejos de la ciudad (30 minutos) pero muy buen precio!! Muy bueno en terminos ♡○♡○♡

I had a very disappointing stay at Ibis Ripollet Barcelona. From the moment we arrived, the staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in welcoming guests. There was no guidance at all – nobody explained where our room was, how to get there, or gave any basic information about the hotel. We were not informed about breakfast times, pricing, or any facilities. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care. No smiles, no communication, nothing. On top of that, I was asked to provide my card details “in case I damage something so IBIS can debit me.” Excuse me – what? I’ve stayed in many hotels and never experienced anything like that being explained in such a blunt and unprofessional way. To make things worse, there was no WiFi during our stay due to a Vodafone issue, but again, no one properly explained the situation or offered any solution. The outside area of the hotel is also quite dirty and feels messy, which doesn’t create a good first impression. Overall, very poor customer service and a complete lack of basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

위생에 조금더 신경써주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 식기마다 물기가 있고 냄새가 났습니다.

bem localizado, próximo a estação de trens da linha R4, supermercados, restaurantes e cafes

El personal 10/10 La habitación 8/10: el A/C no estaba funcionando correctamente, la limpieza del cuarto no fue la más óptima. Desayuno 10/10 Ubicación: No es lo más cercano a Barcelona pero lo vale! Está muy cerca del metro y hay mucho transporte público, nosotros rentamos vehículo y cuentan con estacionamiento techado y seguro.
