Krångligt att ta sig från parkeringen till hotellet

I chose this hotel based on its high rating and expected a certain standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, after staying overnight, I realised it did not meet those expectations. In comparison with Ibis hotels, which I regularly use, the overall standard felt noticeably lower. I was disappointed, as this only became clear once the stay had begun.

Habitación impecable y todos sus empleados muy amables, habia buen desayuno y el hotel tiene estacionamiento. Me encanto el lugar lo recomiemdo

Friendly member of staff. The room is dated, with furniture that is partially beyond repair. I wasn't aware of the breakfast was included, so regretfully left without it...

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel mais la carte des déjeuners et dîner est très complète, la chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le parking est en dessous de l'hôtel, il est accessible depuis le hall et l'extérieur

Ilmastointi ei toiminut huoneessa eikä kylpyhuoneessa. Laitteet erittäin likaisia.

A great find! Good priced hotel, not too far by train from all the sights. Breakfast is really good, the place is clean and bright. Staff are very helpful. Had a great stay thanks!

It is normal 3 star hotel.

Friendly front desk

First time coming to Barcelona qith my wife, and while doing the checking a girl with glasses ask for our passport, and once she saw my wife passport she made a HUGE face, not sure if it was because of her nationality with is disrespectful, staff overral was not good, only was gentleman I do not know his him but it was a gentleman around his 40s was the best of everybody, the rest of the staff is not friendly, first day there elevator sid not work, we had to carry everything to the third floor, A/C was not working on the room, size of room is good, bed was awful for being an hotel, hostal have better matress, area was a little unsafe, breakfast was good cant deny that and the room was pretty clean, the hotel is,25min away to get to las ramblas, and Barcelonetta, overrall I think I will look for another place next time.
