Very friendly staff

Unique place with multiple amenities and superb location, views and superior service.

Es war wiedermal ein toller Aufenthalt im Las Terrazas. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und man hat viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Der Zimmerservice wird täglich gemacht und man hat die Wahl, in einem der Restaurants zu Frühstücken oder Mittag- und Abendessen zu sich zu nehmen oder sich selbst in der (leider nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten) Küche selbst zu bekochen. Leider gibt es auf den Terrassen nicht viel Möglichkeiten sich vor der Sonne zu schützen. Es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und auch keine Liegenauflagen. Die Whirlpools im Zimmer kann man leider nur zwischen 10 und 22 Uhr benutzen. Das kleine Fitnessstudio ist spärlich ausgestattet und leider nicht klimatisiert. Ansonsten ist die Anlage Top gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Excellent complex

Only issue I experienced was a lack of cooking items. Difficult to prepare meals. Other than that I would absolutely recommend this property.

My husband and I had a two week stay in Las Terrazas de Abama Suites. The suite was very comfortable with modern furniture and a wonderful view over La Gomera The standard of cleanliness, not only in the rooms was very high, but also around the grounds, the pools, bar and restaurant areas. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is also a shuttle service which is available to take you to the beach, the restaurants, the golf course or the shop. Would thoroughly recommend staying at Las Terrazas

Unfortunately, this establishment proved to be another example of Tenerife’s 5-star façade: 4-star accommodations, 3-star service, and 5-star prices. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of appalling. At check-in, we were met by an astonishingly rude and dismissive staff member, Sr. Felipe, who, despite our presentation of a prepaid reservation via Hotels.com, insisted that we were at the wrong hotel and that our suite was fully booked. Rather than assisting us further, he proceeded to serve guests behind us, leaving us shocked at his unprofessionalism and utter lack of decorum. It took a call to Hotels.com—and, thankfully, the intervention of a more competent staff member—to locate our booking. Astonishingly, the suite we had reserved was, in fact, available. However, it took two hours to resolve this entirely avoidable issue. The suite itself was unremarkable: a standard apartment showing visible wear and tear, accompanied by a pervasive smell of mold. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the bedroom did not work properly, resulting in poor air quality that forced us to leave the windows open. On the positive side, the rest of the staff members we encountered, particularly in the clubhouse and nearby spa, were kind and helpful. Their professionalism and attentiveness provided a glimpse of the level of service one might expect from a hotel of this supposed rating. This hotel has a long road to travel before it can justify its five stars

This is my third visit to the property. There are major construction works under way for a major development and the sound and sights of a construction sight spoilt what would have been a stunning view. The property itself is starting to show signs of wear, for example the wardrobe draw unaligned . This may seem petty but it’s the small details that are important for a property of this calibre .

Our favourite holiday destination Great place to properly relax and unwind

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und bekamen sogar ein Zimmerupgrade. Das Resort an sich ist schön. Die Suiten sind sehr großzügig, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach zwei Tagen litten mein Mann und ich allerdings beide an einer offensichtlichen Lebensmittelvergiftung. Da wir bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt ausschließlich im Hotel gegessen hatten, liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass dort etwas mit dem Essen nicht in Ordnung war. Wir haben das Dinner in den Restaurants Melvin und Atlántico getestet. Leider war der Service dort zum Teil sehr hektisch. Die Kellner sind ohne erkennbaren Grund wild hin und her gerannt und fragten immer wieder das gleiche, dabei war das Restaurant bei Weitem nicht voll. Wir bekamen dreimal eine falsche Rechnung vorgelegt. Über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis lässt sich ebenfalls streiten. Das Hotel hat eine eigene App, über die man verschiedene Angebote buchen oder mit dem Zimmerservice kommunizieren kann. Leider sind die Antwortzeiten sehr lang. Mit einem Anruf bei der Rezeption ist man deutlich schneller, sofern dort jemand ans Telefon geht. Gern hätten wir beim Check-Out etwas dazu gesagt. Da hatte man es aber recht eilig uns auszuchecken, vielleicht weil es direkt davor Probleme mit dem Garagenöffner (per App) gab und wir an der Rezeption wieder niemanden erreichen konnten…

The property is very beautiful and well maintained! A car is a must if you like to see the island a bit more! There are multiple pools in the property and all are very beautiful! There is a very good grocery store on the property with good selection. I liked the free shuttle options between Ritz and Las Terrazas. It’s worth to check some of the restaurants in Ritz as well. And the golf courses are stunning! Loved the breakfast as well :)

Medium friendly welcome/farewell at the front desk. Breakfast felt like in a ‚With-kids-only‘ Disney resort. A separate area for adults w/kids would be appreciated, same for the 3 pools. Breakfast menu had daily variations but sekection at the buffet was rather limited. Suite was great and clean to be honest, shower/toilet room was rather tiny compared to the rest. Lower rubber lip of shower door defintely needs cleaning (mould), better replacement. Last but not least, there was constant work noise from the adjacent construction sites starting at 7am.

Meine Frau und ich haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Teneriffa verbracht. In der Unterkunft war alles top, sehr geräumige Suite, Bett super gemütlich, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
