観光にも便利で、バスターミナルや駅へのバス停にも近い、最高のロケーションでした。 入り口が分かりにくく、通り過ぎてしまったのですが、一度場所がわかれば大丈夫。 レセプションはありませんが、メールの対応は早く、また管理人さんは近くにいるようだったので、困ったときには頼れます。 エレベーターが狭く、大きなスーツケースと自分1人でいっぱいいっぱいだったので、複数人の旅の場合は、困るかもしれません。 部屋は広く、清潔で、快適でした。 大きなスーツケースも、余裕で広げることができました。 コーヒーマシーンがあったこと、冷蔵庫にお水が冷えていたのも嬉しかったです。

受付の無いタイプでしたが、メールでのチェックインのやりとりがとてもスムーズでした。お部屋は綺麗でアニメティもちゃんと揃っていて申し分ないです！ リッチも良く、近くにスーパーもある為便利です。またセビーリャに行けた際には是非泊まりたいです。

Apartment 5, on the 3rd floor with terrace. Very nice apartment and very centrally located, in the best part of Sevilla, (in our view). Close to all the historical attractions. My wife and I stayed here. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the bathroom was spacey, wifi worked fine, terrace was nice to sit at night, with a nightcap. Kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, tv, hairdryer and aircon for heat or cooling all there. Area felt safe. Key code entry worked fine. Sevilla is a wonderful city. Plenty of restaurant choices. Small annoyances for us, no cutlery, no glasses, no cups or plates, no kitchen sink. We had bought bread and sandwich fillings, but were unable to use them, as we didn't realise there were no plates or cutlery. We had to buy cardboard cups for soft drinks and for vino on terrace. My wife also, said a long handle brush would be handy to sweep the apartment, though there was dustpan and small brush. Also, there were no free towel changes on our 5 night stay, (a bit much). I had read online towel changes were permitted free every 3 nights but this was not the case on our stay. If you can live with those small annoyances then you will enjoy, as we did. But, I would suggest if these things were amended, it would make for a truly 5star experence. We would return and I did ponder wether the small annoyances would make my review a 4 or 5 star, but I think 4 star would be unfair, as we enjoyed ourselves. A solid 4.5stars :)

Great property with lots of space. Easy code on entry Unable to store luggage before and after at location so make sure your times suit your travel plans. Did offer an alt location but far from property

wifi isn't working

La habitación limpia y cómoda, muy cerca de la catedral y del centro de Sevilla, puedes llegar caminando a todos lados, la zona muy tranquila y segura, volvería a hospedarme

Very good location, nice flat. What needs to be improved : the quality of the 2nd bed (sofa-bed). The person sleeping there fell on the first night. Itcwas not a real mattress and was very uncomfortable. Snousenoisewascoming

Fantastic location in Sevilla. I walked everywhere I needed to go. Great restaurants nearby. Nice river cruise a few minutes away.

We found bugs in our room

Buena habitación pero demasiado ruido por las mañanas. Muy limpio aunque cobran si hay que hacer limpieza en la habiatacion.

Great location for us. Walkable to a lot of different shops and sights, while the property remains on a quiet street.

The location was incredible! Right near the Alcazar and other beautiful historic sites.

Clean, quiet room, but unusable WiFi. Good thing I only had to stay one night. The shower also had some black stains near the seams, these should be cleaned better.
