観光にも便利で、バスターミナルや駅へのバス停にも近い、最高のロケーションでした。 入り口が分かりにくく、通り過ぎてしまったのですが、一度場所がわかれば大丈夫。 レセプションはありませんが、メールの対応は早く、また管理人さんは近くにいるようだったので、困ったときには頼れます。 エレベーターが狭く、大きなスーツケースと自分1人でいっぱいいっぱいだったので、複数人の旅の場合は、困るかもしれません。 部屋は広く、清潔で、快適でした。 大きなスーツケースも、余裕で広げることができました。 コーヒーマシーンがあったこと、冷蔵庫にお水が冷えていたのも嬉しかったです。

受付の無いタイプでしたが、メールでのチェックインのやりとりがとてもスムーズでした。お部屋は綺麗でアニメティもちゃんと揃っていて申し分ないです！ リッチも良く、近くにスーパーもある為便利です。またセビーリャに行けた際には是非泊まりたいです。

We enjoyed our four nights in Casa de Mariana 5 - on an upper floor. The location is excellent - a small quiet street very close to the main sites of the centro. The room is quite modern and compact, although the terrace (which we didn't use because of cool drizzly weather) is quite large. On another visit we might opt for a 1 bedroom apartment. Other than an espresso machine, mini-fridge, kettle and toaster, there isn't much for kitchen items - including no kitchen sink or dishes/cutlery. However, we did use the communal kitchen on the ground floor for breakfasts. One downside - the lights in the stairway/hallway stay on all night and there is a small window into this room that does not have a shade to block the light. A pizza box came in handy. Lucía was very helpful in booking flamenco tickets for us.

A localização é excelente, você consegue ir a pé praticamente para todas as atrações principais de Sevilla, a comunicação é rápida e fácil. Um único porém é que ficamos no quarto do térreo, o quarto fica muito próximo da rua e era um pouco úmido, mas vendo as fotos dos outros quartos acho que não teria este problema.

Great location easy to walk to main touristic spots in town with great dining options. Quiet and private as well.

My experience was great!

We loved Lukanda, the property is newer and the rooms reflect that. Its very clean and modern. We had a balcony as well which was wonderful for the evenings. This is not a hotel though its more air bnb style. For checkin we received the code and it was very easy. The area is also amazing. Its right by the Seville Cathedral and Alcazar and the views are beautiful when walking.

O apto é espaçoso, limpo, decorado com muito bom gosto! A localização é perfeita!

This property is located in a fantastic place and it was ideal for our trip to Sevilla. Within a 5 minute walk, we could be at the Cathedral, or the Alcazar or the Torre Oro and the river. It is close to public transport too. We stayed in the duplex apartment (3) and it was great. Although we had not realised it was internal so if we went back, we would choose a different apartment. The staff were very friendly and attentive via email and at check in. There isn't a staff member available in the property at all times but this didn't cause any issue for us. The apartment was very clean and ready for our arrival. The bed and sofa was comfy and the bathroom was great too with a very good shower. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would return. It was very convenient too with the self check in locks and doors (codes). It offered good value for money too! Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay during our trip to the beautiful city of Sevilla!

This was a nice spacious and comfortable room close to elcazar and cathedral. Staff was helpful and welcoming

Ottima posizione, molto centrale rispetto alle principali attrazioni di Siviglia. Poco "simpatico" non aver trovato già preparato il divano letto avendo prenotato per 3 persone, ma si è trattato di un piccolo disguido. Unico aspetto negativo è che le finistre dell'appartamento danno entrambe verso un cortile interno chiuso anche sul tetto, pertanto il ricambio di aria nelle stanze è difficile da avere.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t call this place a 4-star though. Two level suite was nice, but much of the furniture was worn out. We have pretty high standard for cleanliness, and this place didn’t quite do it for us, there were quite a bit of ants and flies.

The room was very clean and spacious. The shutters for the windows were stuck so the light from the street shone into our room at night since there were only sheer curtains, no blackout curtains. The bed was a little hard for me but my husband liked it. Overall it was great, loved not having to think about the room key, and having a code. Made it very easy!
