Fantastic location in Sevilla. I walked everywhere I needed to go. Great restaurants nearby. Nice river cruise a few minutes away.

Buena habitación pero demasiado ruido por las mañanas. Muy limpio aunque cobran si hay que hacer limpieza en la habiatacion.

Very nice apartment near all attractions. The owner is very nice and responsive.

Great location for us. Walkable to a lot of different shops and sights, while the property remains on a quiet street.

The location was incredible! Right near the Alcazar and other beautiful historic sites.

Clean, quiet room, but unusable WiFi. Good thing I only had to stay one night. The shower also had some black stains near the seams, these should be cleaned better.

Lucia at the front desk was wonderful and a fabulous communicator. I was very glad to meet her in person after all the questions she'd answered for me. Location is amazing. 3 min walk to The Cathedral, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Room decor was nice, hotel location is very near to most tourist attractions.

Excellent location. When I was dropped off. It was a little difficult to find for my taxi. Driver chess was unfamiliar, but the hotel is located in an area where cars cannot actually drive through, so they drop you off on the curve, but it’s an outstanding location, walking distance to major attractions. Some places are only a four minute walk. Some places. Only a 15 minute walk. The hotel had outstanding Customer Service, and easy check-in instructions, which I really appreciate. The only thing was the AC stopped working or rather, it t started leaking my second night. They did everything they could to repair it. However, it would’ve interfered with my rest. Overall, I really really love the location. The room looks exactly like the Photos. It’s very comfortable and cozy. The hotel does help you if you’re interested in any major attractions or if you want to see a really intimate and authentic flamenco show.

Quiet, terrific location and a good value for the money.

Good condition two story apartment. Bedroom in the second floor. No rail on the stairs. Walking distance to the parking lot, restaurants , shops and historic sites. Very good location . The building has one person elevator.

It is more like an apartment. It does not have a sink or stove but there is a kitchen in the building that we can use. My only suggestion is that during the week the woman who is in the office located in the main area when she is talking we can hear her as there is eco. So no sleeping in during the week. Other than this the staff is very good at responding and are very attentive. Will stay here again if I come to Seville which I likely will.

Modern decor room with a good location close to Alcazar and Cathedral. Bathroom was large. Main room and bed was comfortable. For the price, it was lacking any dishes in the room (ie glasses, etc) and only sink was in the bathroom. There was a communal kitchen on the first floor with a stove and microwave. Also there was a note requesting that we take our garbage down the street to community bins. At that price, thought they should empty bins.

Wir waren in Zimmer 6, leider hat diese Wohnungen keine Aussenfenster, nur in den Innenraum.Daher war es in der Wohnung etwas dunkel,muffig, überall roch es nach Chlor und wirklich frische Luft hatte man auch nicht. Nur mit der Klimaanlage war es einigermaßen auszuhalten. Ansonsten war die Wohnungen sauber , aber auch die Inneneinrichtung etwas abgewohnt. Trotzdem hatte man das Gefühl man wollte hier das Beste daraus machen. Bett oben war gut, Sofa war schon etwas durchgelegen und quietschte bei jeder Bewegung. Für 4 Personen war etwas klein, für 2 Tage ging es aber. Der Service durch Lucia war Top! Vielen Dank :) Lage auch hervorragend.
