朝食が種類も豊富で素晴らしかった。WiFiも完備されていた。

ファミリー向けの施設・アクティビティが充実している。プールに加えて、子供のプレイルームや毎晩の子供向けイベントがあった。部屋には、子供用のアメニティ・バスローブもあり、子供が喜んでいた。 施設が少し古いところがマイナス。清掃がしっかりしていて清潔感はあるが、そもそもの作りが古く、細部に古さを感じた。

Wonderful property, great location. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with daily specials. The only thing that disappointed us was the daily charge at the gym of €6. We are both well travelled and that was our first time asked to pay for the use of the gym. The classes were offered free, when usually incur a surcharge, made no sense to us. Also, it’ll be lovely if there was some music playing around the pool, at least for some part of the day.

Recently refurbished and what a great hotel. Fantastic facilities and great pools. Free breakfast with everything you can think of available. Very friendly staff and 3 restaurants on site. Alcohol and soft drink prices were also very reasonably priced. Let’s to do with entertainment during the day and evening. Will come back later this year.

The hotel was redeveloped in 2024 and is bright and modern. Staff, especially housekeeping (daily) were wonderful. However, we had issues with noise from neighbouring rooms. We could hear voices and the TV through the walls. We also had issue with. the food hall. It was often over crowded and waiting time to get into the food hall at breakfast and for evening meals could be lengthy. The food quality was average. On one occasion, I found a large piece of wire in my pasta. I also had food poisoning, which is no surprise given the crowds in the food hall and hygiene habits of some guests. We stopped going to the food hall after the food poisoning incident. Unfortunately, most resort hotels in the area adopt the food hall method of feeding guests. Also disappointed that use of the gym costs extra. The sports bar was never open. We stayed almost four weeks at the hotel and overall we were very disappointed.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Essen war gut und das Personal auch.Sind sehr freundlich Empfangen worden.Zimmer waren sauber. Animationen haben uns auch gefallen.

Excellent decorative appearance but hotel over rated and breakfast is like a cattle market. Pool area sun beds hogged from 7am by people who keep their towels from previous day. Corridors echo the noise

Fantastic hotel great food and location

We had an excellent stay at the Mediterranean palace Tenerife. The hotel is located in one of the best places right by El Camisón beach where you can see the most beautiful sunset. It has great facilities with an amazing pool, beach volleyball court and lots of entertainment. The best however was the incredibly friendly staff who made our time there extra special. We will certainly be back!

Et virkelig skønt hotel med en perfekt beliggenhed ved strand og centralt i Playa de las Americas. Alt er velfungerende og i orden. God mad, lækkert poolområde.

A really nice hotel- good food and services and only minor issues - Pool area very busy but despite notices about towels being removed from sunbeds if they were unattended for more than 30mins this didn’t happen -however ball playing in the pool was stopped even if pool was pretty much empty. Maybe some of the policies could be reviewed
