Personale cortese, stanza sempre pulita, l'unica pecca, se così si può dire, il buffet un pò poco a misura di "italiani", per quanto concerne i ristoranti alla carta, FANTASTICI! piscina ottima e ottima posizione, nel complesso un vacanza bella e torneremo anche l'anno prossimo!

Staff aggressively shouting in restaurant at staff and guests. Very intimidating. The hotel ran out of certain drinks and food for all inclusive guests.

Hotel is noisy at night

Beautiful hotel with clean modern rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a good variety of options. I’d like to give a special thank-you to Abelardo, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and enthusiasm truly enhanced our stay and made the experience exceptional. We would gladly return — and hope to see Abelardo again on our next visit.

Camera sempre perfetta, pulizia parti comuni, disponibilità personale alberghiero, ubicazione della struttura strategica. E’ questo il motivo per cui da anni preferisco questo albergo a Tenerife

Not stayed here for 10 year

Felt like the room was not prepared for arrival. Also places in an accessibility room. As a non-disabled person, I found it extremely uncomfortable. Room was advertised as mountain view, but there was not an inch of the mountain in-sight. Breakfast seems extremely disorganised. Although the surrounding area is nice. And welcome staff were pleasant. This place does not seem like a 5-star hotel. Do not recommend

staff were good and the hotel itself was very nice The big problem was the food. It was cold repetitive and poor quality definitely not 5 star.

Great hard working team members to ensure a positive experience

Pluses - Staff are friendly. Great kids club, nice breakfast but you need to get there early or it’s chaotic. Nice refurb on former hotel. Top location, beach and bars on your doorstep. Negatives - Strange set up with entertainment, experienced far better elsewhere and for such a big hotel I’d expect more. Noise proofing, my word the noise is OTT. Doesn’t appear that was part of the refurbishment, seriously loud with people chatting or TV’s next door. Not being allowed inflatables or to even throw a ball around in the main (huge) pool, it was just odd. Felt like total killjoys, what on earth is the issue with floating on a lilo? Bizarre. All in all I enjoyed it but if I’m honest, it could be a bit better with some tweaks. Pretty sure they used to have a skybar in the old pre-refurb hotel too, which was great.

Meerblick ist natürlich schöner, aber es war auch OK. Was gut ist, ist dass nach der Renovierung die Balkontür gut den Lärm der Straße abhält. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war am 04.10.25 in der Bar die beiden Damen, die die Leute zum Klatschen animieren sollten. Die standen im Weg, und ich denke klatschen können wir alle auch ohne Vortänzer. Ansonsten alle prima.

We loved our stay at Mediterranean Palace, the facilities were modern and clean. We would definitely come back here.
