Can't fault it again, i've loved my time here and will be back in the Summer. Thank you to all the staff who made me feel so welcome again...a home away from home

Alles top, super Service, Kombination aus Strand und Stadt Hotel. Echt super

Bed linen clean and fresh, comfy bed, good pillow, hot shower...that's the basics for a good stay. Rooms are beginning to show their age with laminate carpentry fraying at the corners, damp showing on the shower ceiling, mold in the corners of the shower sliding door. Corridor noises carry a long way due to the acoustics of the building and the lack of a good lower door seal meant being woken by other guests. Our shower was dirty with hair shavings in large quantities on the shower wall and something congealed on the wall at waist height at the other. We didn't complain, time was limited so i used a hand towel to clean away what should have been done before we arrived. Small complimentary water provided on arrival, but not replaced thereafter...requested water from reception but was told this wasn't possible. Requested a late checkout, this was also not possible - despite the hotel having low occupancy. Have stayed here several times since it opened and service used to be better, will look elsewhere next time. To finish on a positive, the location is good for Portixol, the Cathedral and the right side of town for the airport.

Die Zimmer im 7.Stock mit Meerblick sind perfekt

Modernes Hotel, das ein wenig steril wirkt. Der Frühstücksraum erinnerte an eine Wartehalle. Die Dachtetasse hat zu wenig Liegen.

Dejligt og nyt hotel med god beliggenhed i forhold til strand og by. Dejlige værelser og poolområde! Baren virker meget “steril”, og desværre ikke hyggelig.

Lo que no me gustó es que el hotel no tiene cafetera en el cuarto!! Debiera cada cuarto tenerla es indispensables

Room was kept clean and staff were very polite. Breakfast was expensive and cooked breakfast not very hot

Modern hotel, no parking, friendly helpful staff

A brilliant stay and superb customer service. The Level 3 lounge was a treat and the team there couldn’t do enough to help - recommending and booking us restaurants.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location

Good breakfast. Depressing view over a 6 lane highway and a grey concrete building. , Granted a tad of ocean in between. The rooms are very minimalistic, but not in a very nice way, it feels like they have forgotten the furniture and interior in general.

We stayed in a level room with terrace, was a lovely room, terrace walked out to the pool , road is a bit noisy but didn’t effect our stay. Having the access to level lounge made the stay that extra bit special. Staff went above and beyond and really made us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the tranquility of the spa. All in all 9/10.
