This hotel was beautiful! Surprised at how spacious the room was. We had a 2 bedroom suite and plenty of room to spread out with my husband and 2 older children. The rooftop pool was not huge but the views were spectacular! Bonus that the hotel is right across the street from the beach and several restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Not in city center but could get there in a few minutes by taxi. We enjoyed the quieter setting of the beach. Fantastic experience and would stay here again.

The hotel was little outdated. Broken lamps and lights. Needs to be refreshed. The breakfast was really bad. We were on The Level, that should actually be one of the best locations. Its not worth it. The breakfast didn’t have anything we liked to eat. Just like plain bread and some fruits , nothing to be remembered. I don’t intend to come back

Habitación en perfecto estado, muy bien insonorizada, servicios excelente y el trato del personal fantástico. Recomendable al 100% alojarse en este hotel.

There was hair in the shower and stains on the blanket. Staff wasn’t helpful at check-in, we have to figure things out in our own. They were only helpful when it came to calling a taxi.

Modern, close to the beach. Only 6-8€ taxi anywhere centre of town. 2 € bus rides literally from outside the hotel door. Staff in reception very polite and helpful. Spa is excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast is so so. Minor choices. Chef’s not always so approachable and hit and miss on dark/ fresh bread selection. Bean to cup coffee is very poor and although they have fresh grinder and an italian style available its not being offered. Palma is a coffee lovers dream city with fresh roasted beans and excellent coffee and bakery everywhere. There is a Luiz perez just outside of the hotel that offers decent coffee. There is restricted access to rooftop pool from 10am and people lining up. Its very hot during summer so from 7 am to 10 and would have been a great time . Its not a 5 start establishment but a good 4-4.5 and gains due to location, modern facilities and spa

Good place if you want to be close to the beach and public transportation and still be a 15-20 minute walk into town. Club level was really nice but a bunch of kids always in the lounge and the pool was always crowded fyi.

Les femmes de chambres qui rentrent sans frapper à deux reprises à 8h du matin je trouve que c’est vraiment du manque de respect ! Sans Aucune excuse, elles referment la porte sans rien dire ! Pisicine minuscule, ouvre à 10h, à 10h05 il n’y a déjà plus de transats ! Petit déjeuner passable ! Sinon côté positif, hôtel proche de la plage publique !

Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar.

If you are looking for a minimalist bootcamp type stay, book here, otherwise find somewhere else to enjoy your stay

Fint hotell med bra läge nära stranden och med gångavstånd in till Palma stad. Fin pool (dock inte så stor) med bar med utsikt över hav och stad. Rent och snyggt och trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Quarto bem estruturado, housekeeping funcionou perfeitamente. Bem localizado. Achei ruim a limpeza dos elevadores, estava sempre sujo. Restaurante trasluz com Lucas opções no cardápio, mas ajuda se bate a preguiça para sair para jantar ou almoçar.

Un muy buen hotel justo frente a la playa, y conveniente tiene una estación de autobús afuera del hotel que te permite llegar al centro de Palma en unos minutos, muy conveniente, totalmente recomendado

New hotel in a good location under 20 mins walk from the Cathedral. Unusual quirky design with pine panelling throughout, with comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. Nearby marina area has some nice restaurants. The excellent beach is just 5 mins away. The airport is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Had a decent gym which could do with a few more machines. Very friendly staff who really looked after us. Fantastic roof top pool and bar area, with great views out to sea and toward the Old Town, much better and cheaper than the nearby Es Princeps hotel!
