Our visit was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were so friendly, attentive and expertly saw to any requests we had, which were very few. The included Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. We loved the exterior, around the pool. With all the trees, it provided an oasis of calm and felt like we could've been on a tropical island. The internal soft lighting, chilled music and ample seating areas further enhanced the premium feel of the hotel. Altogether we enjoyed a fantastic break.

Goed ontbijt, luxe uitstraling, goede voorzieningen. Alleen de kamers zijn vrij gehorig, en er was veel lawaai in de avond, en meer storend, in de nacht.

Hotel was overall very good, breakfast was excellent, evening meal could be a better quality of the meats used were not what you expect from a 4 star hotel but evening meal wasn’t expensive. Room again was excellent

We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und Blick auf den Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant vor allem Samuel waren super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Room was lovely with a great view overlooking the pool. All the staff were great! Breakfast was nice and the location was perfect! You can get to the crazy party easy enough but avoid it and stay in Poniente it's just beautiful

Located in an ideal location near the old town, the hotel is quite modern and contemporary, and the staff were very helpful.
