Hotel was just amazing and a little oasis in the middle of Benidorm, welcome drinks on arrival, Nuxe amenities in the room, pool towels provided. Our room was nice and big and most importantly clean. We had breakfast included, there was plenty to choose from and all fresh, nice touch as had takeaway cups to be able to take a drink with you. A little bit of sun bed wars when the pool opens at 9am and there are limited beds directly by the pool. I think if they made the bali beds cheaper more people would have purchased one as they stayed empty our whole stay. The food and drink service was great as you can both delivered you lounger via the QR code on the tables by your lounger, a little expensive but very good. Entertainment was a nice touch and nowhere near cheesy at all the hotel is pure good vibes. All criticism would be our room door had been left open (accidently) by the cleaners. 100% looking forward to coming back already.

Fantastic holiday, friendly staff plus the hotel is in a good location. First time we have used this hotel, but we were very happy with the hotel.

Welcoming and friendly staff, always happy to help. Very good buffet breakfast with something for everyone. Only point would be the bathroom needs a redecoration as a bit tired.

My go-to hotel when staying in Benidorm. I had made a mistake with making a reservation, but they were very helpful in finding a solution. Great pool with ‘towel-police’. Rooms comfortable, new, and a very breezy/Caribbean style. Staff friendly from reception to waiting staff.

Die Unterkunft hat uns nur zum Teil gefallen. Die 4,6 von 5 als Bewertung war für uns unverständlich. Zum einen waren viele Partygruppen, die am Pool und nachts Lärm erzeugt haben. Zum anderen war das Abendessen bei der Halbpension bis auf einmal, immer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig bzw. für uns aus Österreich ungenießbar. Die Zimmer wurden nicht komplett gereinigt und wirkte das Zimmer abgewohnt. Das Bad bestand aus einer kleinen weiß verfliesten Kabine mit Metalltür und fehlte bspw. ein Halter für das eigene Duschgel. Eine Toilettenbürste war auch nicht da. Das Waschbecken war im Wohnbereich. Der Fernseher hat leider nur 3 deutsche Sender und wurden wir mit falschen Namen willkommen geheißen. Die Tische im Restaurant waren teilweise nicht sauber. Die Gläser zerkratzt und zum Teil nicht sauber. Eine Bitte dir Balkontür zu reparieren, damit man diese verschließen kann, wurde die ganzen zehn Tage nicht nachgekommen. Die Reinigung fand oft erst am späteren Nachmittag statt. Positiv war, dass wir als Entschuldigung mehr Kaffeekapseln erhalten haben oder aber auch einen Geburtstagssekt. Das Management hat offenbar auch das Problem mit dem Abendessen erkannt und hat uns eine Mitarbeiterin direkt darauf angesprochen, wie mehrere andere auch, ob das Abendessen geschmeckt hat. Drei Tage später (leider unser letzter Tag) war dann auch das erste Mal ein sehr gutes Abendessen. Auch die Qualität des Frühstücks steigerte sich. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt.

It is my 3rd or 4th time now at the Mercure in Benidorm. It is great, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool and pool area.

The breakfast was lovely as were the staff...the room was cleaned daily and although spotless I expected it to be more modern. I stayed in the privilege room and the shower although clean was a bit grubby and had a damp smell which lingered in the room.

Staff were very tentative and helpful, which made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was massive with plenty of things to choose. Rooms were decent, with everything you needed but nothing fancy

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we required. The breakfast included was a large selection, there was plenty to choose from. The outdoor pool area was kept tidy. We couldn’t fault the hotel and would recommend it!

Really impressed with the property and the location

Stunning hotel, very classy with very professional team and immaculate facilities and rooms. We were looking for a higher end hotel in Benidorm on the quieter side, south, of old town. The Murcure was great for that, and a better option for us than some of the similar bracketed properties on to the north of the old town, whilst still comfortably walkable around the main hotspots. We had a car, and onside parking was a bit pricey, but I found some safe street parking not far from the hotel and was comfortable leaving the car there with no issues. We would happily stay there again and had a fantastic stay. The deluxe room is highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 days in April, Hotel is perfect for a quiet holiday just south of the old town in Benidorm. The hotel grounds are perfect and you could be anywhere in the world when laid by the pool. Breakfast included was great with plenty of choice. Only 5 minutes from the beach and the old town.
