1. カウンター女性の態度が悪い。従業員同士無駄話しながら接客。対応が遅い。２．部屋のシャワー排水が妻っていたので、水が室内に流れ込み、スーツケースが水浸し。清掃がしていないからだ。部屋全部が水浸しで、シャワールームと部屋の仕切りが無いので、もろ水が入った。こんなホテルは初めてだ。３．室内の他の客を見てると、ドミトリーといった雰囲気で安宿だった。何故こんなホテルが高いのか❓教えて欲しい。以上について、返事をもらいたい。最悪ホテルだ。こんなホテルを紹介するエクスペデアが信じられない。夫婦で怒っている。必ず返事ください。いい加減なホテルとエクスぺデアの紹介に失望。福田博彦 マドリードの印象まで悪くなった。ぞっとするよ。

レセプションでとにかく待たされる。あまり親切ではなかった。 週末は朝までホステルの外が騒がしかった。 駅や市場が近いのは便利。 部屋は清潔。

シャワーが冷水で、3日間直りませんでした。暖房も切ってもらえず、窓を開けて寝たので風邪をひきました。3日目にはトイレが流れなくなり、枕元のランプが壊れているといっても最後まで直してもらえませんでした。流石に割引を請求したのですが、受付のファックスが壊れていて請求できないと言われました。

悪くもなければよくもない。朝ごはんもしっかり食べれた。ただ、寝るときの環境、睡眠グッズ等はイマイチ、寝るだけの場所であれば十分だと思われます。

10-15 miniutes from Sol Metro station. It's on the quiet street. My PC did not get access to Wi-Fi. One of the pet peeves was the door knobs that were quite puzzling - I had no idea how to open the door with a card key. The receptionist was kind and helped me. The other receptionist I met when I checked out was not nice - she said 'just a moment' and prioritized their chores and did not seem to feel sorry for having kept me waiting so long, though I just wanted to return the key. The cafeteria had some foul smelling. The sheets and pillows were clearn and a small light in each bed was good. There was a locker but you need your own padlock. The hostel should not provide accomodation to the couples who want to hug and kiss overnight in the same bed. It is a shared dorm, not a private hotel that allows sex.

O refresco de maquina, nenhuma fruta , nem queijos

Absolut überteuerte Unterkunft. Hatten schmutziges Doppelzimmer. Wenig bis keine abstellflächen im Duschbereich, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Speisesaal katastrophal, Sitzflächen alle abgenützt und von zwielichtigen Gestalten besetzt.

The room and bathrooms were not clean and there is a lack of organization. I arrived and someone was in the bed they assigned to me, so I went to the front desk and they just said to take a bed that was free. Same situation with the lockers, and many of the lockers were broken. Staff comes in during the day and asks if people checked out or not waking everyone up. Since people are not in their assigned beds they do not know who is supposed to be there or not which seems like it can be a safety risk.

Sehr nette Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Außer der Dame beim Frühstück Personal total unemphatisch. Ort ohne jegliche Atmosphäre. Kein Kontakt zu anderen Hostelbewohner. Der ganze Ort wirkte auf mich wie ein Flüchtlingsheim. Keine gemeinsame Aktivitäten wegen fehlenden Einrichtungen möglich. Tische und Bänke in Eingangsbereich unsauber.

Simplemente no me agradó

I was in the female room but the shower did not work, unable to flush and no toilet papers. Also, there was a clog in the shower. Many reports have made but nothing from the staff. Never again.

Habitación sin clima, por más que lo reporte no hicieron nada al respecto. Sin amenidades tales como teléfono, TV, plancha, secadora de pelo, vasos desechable, la puerta de la habitación no contaba con seguro. La limpieza de la habitación no se hacía a diario. El desayuno simple y siempre el mismo.

Economical and great area

No tengo nada en contra de la propiedad pero en lo personal mi estadía pudo haber sido mejor.. Pero en otro hostal! Queda frente a un parque en donde la gente pasa constantemente tomando, hablando fuerte etc, por lo cual nunca pudimos dormir del todo bien. Y si cerrábamos la ventana era para asarnos ya que no cuentan con ventilador ni nada! El hostal parece refugio de personas o algo por el estilo, no hay tv, el internet se arruinó el primer dia que llegamos.. En fin! Lo único bueno es que queda cerca de gran via, restaurantes, tiendas etc! Pero la verdad no me volvería a quedar en este hostal!

Muy mala calidad del lugar ,el aire acondicionado no estaba bueno ,y el internet muy malo ,tengo la peor opinion del lugar
