Fui con mi pareja 5 días en Madrid, elegimos la Opción para dos personas con baño privado, y estuvo genial. Las instalaciones limpias, sencillas y algo limitadas de espacio, pero bastante funcional. La ubicación es formidable para tener acceso a puntos turísticos a 15 minutos caminando.

Nice location and felt very safe. Window was left open when we arrived so there were several flies/mosquitos that we had to kill. Room was on the 5th floor so we had very bad wifi connection.

O hostel estava em obra e a recepção impraticável. Os lockers não estavam funcionando. O elevador fazia um barulho terrível a noite toda que dava para escutar de dentro do quarto. A única parte boa foi o chuveiro que tinha uma boa queda d’água e esquentava bem.

It looks like a prison. It was under major construction and smelled like paint. The staff was incredibly rude. I have never written a bad review, but avoid this at all costs. I had to leave my nephew there, but I rented a room at another hostel because there was no way I was staying there… The stairs were blocked off, major fire hazard. Avoid at all costs, The staff wouldn’t even call my nephew a taxi…

Solicito cancelación y reembolso porque cuando llegue me pidieron 15 euros en concepto de deposito (no estaba enterada de estas condiciones, abusivas). Todo le fue denegado por Expedia y por el hotel. Lo que resultó que perdiera ese dinero.

Room was a disaster. Dirty beds, sheets "cleaned" but had a terrible odor, Mold in the shower, Broken lockers, Exposed wires from bed lamp, Unsanitary and unsafe living conditions. Someone was messing with my bag in the middle of the night.

Absolut überteuerte Unterkunft. Hatten schmutziges Doppelzimmer. Wenig bis keine abstellflächen im Duschbereich, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Speisesaal katastrophal, Sitzflächen alle abgenützt und von zwielichtigen Gestalten besetzt.

The room and bathrooms were not clean and there is a lack of organization. I arrived and someone was in the bed they assigned to me, so I went to the front desk and they just said to take a bed that was free. Same situation with the lockers, and many of the lockers were broken. Staff comes in during the day and asks if people checked out or not waking everyone up. Since people are not in their assigned beds they do not know who is supposed to be there or not which seems like it can be a safety risk.

Sehr nette Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Außer der Dame beim Frühstück Personal total unemphatisch. Ort ohne jegliche Atmosphäre. Kein Kontakt zu anderen Hostelbewohner. Der ganze Ort wirkte auf mich wie ein Flüchtlingsheim. Keine gemeinsame Aktivitäten wegen fehlenden Einrichtungen möglich. Tische und Bänke in Eingangsbereich unsauber.
