good

The location is so good. Nice restaurants are closed by. The quiet area and not so far away from the City center. The room was on the corner on 6th floor so that Wifi was not so strong( can’t see YouTube).

シャワースペースが狭い

駅に近い便利なホテル。ビジネスなら十分、部屋もそこそこ広い。TVは、英語の番組はない。設備はリニューアルされているようでそこそこきれい。

アクセスは悪くないが、近隣部屋からの騒音が酷いです。生活排水音、床の靴音などは耳栓も役に立ちません。但し、対応してくれたホテルスタッフ全員が、親切で丁寧でした。

部屋はそれほど広くなく、電源コンセントが少ないので、デスクでパソコンを使用する時にテレビの電源を抜く必要がありました。しかし、天気が良かったので、テラスに出ると、最高の空を眺めることができました。早朝は空気も清々しく、とても気持ちが良かったです。

Personal amable, habitación limpia, bien ubicado cerca del metro para desplazarse a la zona turistica del centro, restaurantes alrededor ricos para comer... el único detalle fue que es ruidoso...

Sobre todo la ubicacion

Continental breakfast is fine, nothing special about it. Check in was good. We got room 214, this room is fine, clean, facing the street. The building is older, so the heating is is wall mounted, it worked well to keep the warm room. We left the room late on a few days, the cleaning ladies had already moved on to another floor, by the time we came back into the room at night, the room was cleaned, its nice that they came back after at some point. That is all the nice things i have to say. The building is older, but it shouldn't be in a state that i can hear my neighbors beside me and above me. Above, it sounds like they are dancing with high heels on. To the side, we could hear the tv being on, but i know the sound wasn't that loud because i could hear my neighbor snoring as if he was in the room. The toilets make noise since others are using it on the levels above, closing the washroom door dealt with that. The shower door couldnt keep the the water in the shower, so it would spill out on to the floor. We just needed towels on the floor to not flood the place. For a 3 star, its fine, my issue is that we had 3 nights in a row that we woke up in the middle of the night because of the thin walls and the sound traveling. I do like that the cleaning ladies came back after we had left and made the beds despite not asking for it, most places dont go back to clean.

Frühstück liess zu wünschen übrig.Nicht frisch wenig Auswahl.Säfte und Wasser aus dem Automten waren ekelhaft.

Personal muy amable.

The staff was a bit unfriendly when we arrived, not a big issue but would be nice to be greeted with a smile. The vending machine charged us for an extra bottle of coke that we didn’t have and tried to tell the reception but didn’t really wanna know. The rooms were okay but if you stay in the room right next to the lifts it can be very noisy. The location was good not too far from the airport and the Movistar arena.

siempre vamos a este hotel y siempre hemos estado muy bien, esta ultima vez al estar al lado de ascensor y de la habitacion del servicio de limpieza no hemos descansado bien ya que a las 8.00 am del domingo las voces, portazos y risas interrumpieron nuestro descanso

Demasiado costoso para lo sencillo y simple de las habitaciones. Calidad precio muy desproporcionada.

No desayune

Me gustó está bastante completo y en el mejor barrio de Madrid, el desayuno bien solo que no resurten pronto cuando se agota algo, hay que esperar y podría haber más variedad.
