Continental breakfast is fine, nothing special about it. Check in was good. We got room 214, this room is fine, clean, facing the street. The building is older, so the heating is is wall mounted, it worked well to keep the warm room. We left the room late on a few days, the cleaning ladies had already moved on to another floor, by the time we came back into the room at night, the room was cleaned, its nice that they came back after at some point. That is all the nice things i have to say. The building is older, but it shouldn't be in a state that i can hear my neighbors beside me and above me. Above, it sounds like they are dancing with high heels on. To the side, we could hear the tv being on, but i know the sound wasn't that loud because i could hear my neighbor snoring as if he was in the room. The toilets make noise since others are using it on the levels above, closing the washroom door dealt with that. The shower door couldnt keep the the water in the shower, so it would spill out on to the floor. We just needed towels on the floor to not flood the place. For a 3 star, its fine, my issue is that we had 3 nights in a row that we woke up in the middle of the night because of the thin walls and the sound traveling. I do like that the cleaning ladies came back after we had left and made the beds despite not asking for it, most places dont go back to clean.

Buen servicio

The staff was a bit unfriendly when we arrived, not a big issue but would be nice to be greeted with a smile. The vending machine charged us for an extra bottle of coke that we didn’t have and tried to tell the reception but didn’t really wanna know. The rooms were okay but if you stay in the room right next to the lifts it can be very noisy. The location was good not too far from the airport and the Movistar arena.

The breakfast was exactly the same every day which is what i didnt like. The lady attending to the brekfast area was super nice though.

Clean room, really good size for the price and nice, quiet location. Only a short walk from the busier streets. Friendly staff too.

Es un hotel sencillo muy bien ubicado proximo a la Plaza Manuel Becerra y cerca de Goya. Las paredes son un poco finas y se puede escuchar sobre todo las duchas y baños de habitaciones contiguas; pero es un hotel tranquilo y no hay ruidos de noche.

Very good place to stay for the price

No Kleenex, breakfast quality products 3.5/5, very small elevator, front door has stairs to access lobby.

Room small but clean and well kept. Staff helpful. Location close to public transportation and major tourist sites. Good food options within 10 minute walk of property. Would stay here again.

Many decent restaurants close by within walking distance. Breakfasts shops also about 5 minute walk away and food very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and staff extremes nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Madrid! The room was bright with patio, and exceptionally clean. Plenty of towels and consumables-in the room. Staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful. Excellent restaurants close by too. We will stay again the next time we are in Madrid. Overall exceptional hotel!

Great price for the location

The hotel was in an excellent location, wlajing distance from many restaurant, stores amd tourists attractions, rooms and bed were very confortable, staff was great, & very helpful with instructions. The only problem was that someone in the cleaning staff, qhen cleaning the room next door, woke me up with doors slamming and kept slamming the doors while cleaning, I had to go out and complain to another cleaning crew so she would stop.

Good location!

A very nice hotel close to metro station and quick access to the center of the city. Great staff and quick check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Room service and cleaning every day. Breakfast was nice buffet, great choice for everyone.

Perfect hotel in Manuel Becerra area.

As an American visiting Madrid for the first time, this no-frills, budget friendly property was fine for sleeping and showering. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt perfectly safe at the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood. I stayed in a room 7th (top) floor with a single bed in it. There was a desk and chair, bedside table, and chest of drawers in the ample sized closet. Besides a television and hairdryer, there were no other amenities. The room was refreshed daily during my week long stay which I sincerely aprreciated.

La verdad no lo recomiendo!! Lo único a su favor es que está bien ubicado, pero es el hotel más caro al que he llegado en España y el que peor ha estado. La habitación es muy simple y ruidosa, la cama y las almohadas súper incómodas. El baño pequeño he incómodo. Pero lo peor es el olor. Usan un limpiador súper fuerte. Definitivamente no volveré.

Property was clean and bed was comfortable, however, the property is CREAKY and the walls are thin. I can hear the conversation from the room next door and the footsteps coming from the hallway and the floor above is obnoxiously loud.
