Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. The only negative part of my stay was at check-in. I was initially given a room that was not the one I had booked. It had only a very small window, while I had specifically paid extra for a room with two large windows because I feel uncomfortable in small, enclosed rooms and can easily experience anxiety in that type of environment. The staff first told me that my booked room was unavailable and asked me to stay in the other room for the first two nights. I explained my situation and politely declined. After about 30 minutes, they managed to give me the exact room I had originally booked. I really appreciated that they listened to my concerns. They also apologized for the inconvenience and kindly surprised me with some sweets in my room and a welcome drink at the hotel’s rooftop bar, which was a thoughtful gesture. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Fabricio and Fabian, who went above and beyond to help me with bookings, recommendations, and any questions I had. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotellet har perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til shopping og sight seeing. Til tross for veldig sentral plassering, er det veldig stille. Veldig hjelpsomt og dyktig personale i alle funksjoner. Nydelig frokost i en stilig og behagelig atmosfære. Stille, stort og flott rom. Gode senger. Vi har absolutt ingen negative bemerkninger.

Convenient location just a short walk to the old town and the train station, but not the most picturesque street in the city. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was a bit on the small side, but good value for the price we paid.

Have been to NH hotels before in Spain and have always liked their breakfast. We had a room on the 6th floor. Window facing the court which probably was good considering the busy street that the hotel is located at. Very charming decor. Small, but efficient gym because there was both mornings only the two of us. Breakfast didn’t disappoint. Staff very helpful. Can recommend.

Breakfast was excellent

A newer hotel in an old building. Our superior room was a bit odd as the windows were basically a porthole view with bars across it (seemed similar to being in a room on an old Spanish galleon) making it quite claustrophobic and dark. Fridge wasn't working initially and had to be replaced. No coffee refills despite a four night stay. Central location close to shopping and walking distance (or near the metro) for most places of interest. For the price per night and the cost overall you could probably do better staying somewhere else.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from booking taxis to recommending restaurants to sorting queries about the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied with plenty of choice, catering for everyone and the hot food freshly cooked to order and taste. We liked the rooftop terrace bar and again very friendly staff. Our only disappointment was the bedroom. We booked a superior room but when asked to do online check in, a twin internal room which is an access room (for the disabled) was chosen for us. It was very dark as the window overlooks a central area which does not have much light. We asked to change to a double superior but was given a tiny room on the 6th floor. There was no room for two suitcases and little room to move. I checked with reception and was told it was a superior although I would describe it as cosy or at best standard. We asked to move and the only options were the internal access rooms which are big but have the disabled equipment in the bathroom. They didn’t have any other superior room available. As a Gold Expedia member I had hoped we may be upgraded but no upgrade was available either. So we had no option but to move to the larger access room. The hotel itself is very near to the historic part of the city and very walkable to all the tourist places and restaurants. We chose this hotel for its location and it is a small intimate boutique hotel.

Very clean and quiet hotel, free breakfast of a hot meal and a cold buffet. Staff went above and beyond and welcoming every time we left and entered the hotel. Has rooftop bar with an excellent bartender. Highly recommend

Perfect location to explore local places interest of central València. Very pleasant stay, Fabricio was very helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable. Check was very efficient, room ready when we arrived! Breakfast staff were very welcoming and attended to our needs.

It was OK. Our room (309) was one of the smaller ones, despite being a larger 'premium room'. The bathroom needed maintenance. The roughly patched ceiling and rotten door frames weren't great. The selection at breakfast buffet was good, but the service was inconsistent. One day staff were great - another day we were ignored. The 'free bottle of wine' was actually a bottle of water.

I chose the hotel partly because of the rooftop terrace and it was not open because the lift was broken the whole time. Huge disappointment! Also my taxi to the airport was booked for a wrong time, a reception team member got me a new one rather quickly. Small room but nice. A party on Sunday night did disturb the sleep.
