+All staffs I met were very kind. +The location was excellent. : Beachfront +The bus to the beach and to the city center came very frequently. Therefore, it is very convenient for tourists. +Breakfast was delicious and had many sorts of food.

We stayed for 4 days at this hotel. Our room had a perfect ocean view. We were able to enjoy beautiful sun rise and sunset from our balcony. The facilities in the room were good enough. Our room was on the 4th floor, which is downstairs of their lobby, so the sound from the upstairs were sometimes annoying. All the staffs are very friendly and kind. We used the poolside restaurant once, but the pasta had no taste. That was one thing we would not recommend. We took a taxi from the airport. It cost about €25 including tip. Also, it was €10 to go to Palma centre and €25 to the outlet mall. They were not that far. I recommend you this hotel!

6月下旬、新婚旅行で利用しました。高級感、清潔感があり、目の前はビーチ、朝ごはんブッフェも美味しく、本当に最高のホテルでした。市街地からバスで30分程離れるので、程よくローカル感もあり、近くを散歩するのも楽しかったです。予約時に新婚旅行ということを伝えたところ、シャンパンも用意してくださっていて、嬉しいおもてなしでした。接客も素晴らしく、英語も通じましたので、両替やタクシーの予約などもスムーズでした。価格は高級ホテルに比べると、ズバ抜けて高い訳ではないので、かなりコストパフォーマンスがよいと思います。もしまたマヨルカに訪れる機会がありましたら、是非利用したいです。

The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. Both restaurants were very good. Between the two restaurants, we were happy eating dinner at the hotel most nights. Palma is not far off you have a car. Gorgeous city but very crowded. There is a couple convenient stores & a liquor store on the same block as Nixe Palace so very convenient to grab drinks, snacks or beach essentials.

Sauberes Zimmer, Personal freundlich und fleißig, Strandblick und Strandnähe, Pool und Wellnessbereich, Frühstück auf der Terrasse, Abendessen auch auf der Terrasse. Bitte die Fernsehfernbedienung regelmäßig aufladen, die war bei uns leer. Wir hatten glücklicherweise ein passendes USB- Ladegerät mit.

The staff are some of the most warm, professional and welcoming I’ve ever met in a hotel. We had a wonderful stay as a group of women to celebrate a special birthday. The hotel had a perfect balance of relaxing space with the ability to explore the local area and beyond. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options, the food was fresh and tasty. It’s a shame there is limited sun bed space and the beach charges are so high for sunbeds.

We just felt like we could’ve done better for the price. The hotel is literally right on the beach and that’s basically the only good thing about it. But of course, if you wanted to layout on the hotel’s beach, that was extra money. The pool was okay - at least that was included.The front desk and employees were pretty nice, but the wait staff for breakfast and around the pool/beach were pretty unfriendly. You can tell they were annoyed with the tourists. The hotel told us we had a free continental breakfast and then smacked us with a 60 euro bill - for some bread and fruit. We did pay for the most basic room with a beach view, and the view was great to be fair. But yeah, knowing what we know now we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Nice property, great pool and beach access, breakfast was excellent. Desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful but the wait staff were not as friendly as they could have been…. Several table and bar wait staff seemed annoyed.

This place is a dream resort, jaw dropping views, 5 star restaurants within walking distance of the resort, incredibly helpful staff, specifically Walter!! Ask for Walter, he’ll go above and beyond for all your needs. Could not recommend this place enough, unforgettable honeymoon.
