It was a beautiful hotel and the food and the service was excellent

Tolle Unterkunft,sauber,wunderbar gelegen.

The hotel was nice. We had a Seaview which was amazingly. The bathroom was slightly old looking. Breakfasts was lovely.

Very nice breakfast at the terrace overlooking the ocean. Very delicious options and great variety.

Ich war schon mehrmals in dem Hotel. Nur dieses Mal habe ich gefrühstückt und das Frühstück war so mangelhaft. Auch der Service war diesmal katastrophal, geschweige denn die Räumlichkeit für knapp 400 € so ein Scheiß Zimmer das war einfach nur Katastrophe die denken auch die Leute sind blöd na, wir zahlen immerhin 400 € pro Nacht Und das was ich diesmal dort vorgesehen habe war echt traurig

Dass Hotel ist sehr schön, Frühstucksbuffet gut, hochwertige produkte, Brot ehre trocken. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr schön mit feine Bodylotion und Seife.

My wife and I had an amazing time! The hotel was clean the staff was friendly and helpful, and the area had tons of dining options! If I'm ever in Palma again this will be were I stay! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Hotellet ligger virkelig fint ved stranden og i tæt afstand til restauranter og butikker. Også let at komme til Palma med bus eller taxa. Værelset er fint udstyret med alt hvad man skal bruge. Dejlig møbleret altan med udsigt. Fin service. God morgenmad. Vi har været der flere gange og vender altid tilbage til dette hotel

The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. Both restaurants were very good. Between the two restaurants, we were happy eating dinner at the hotel most nights. Palma is not far off you have a car. Gorgeous city but very crowded. There is a couple convenient stores & a liquor store on the same block as Nixe Palace so very convenient to grab drinks, snacks or beach essentials.

We had a great room with an ocean view. The staff was absolutely great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Sauberes Zimmer, Personal freundlich und fleißig, Strandblick und Strandnähe, Pool und Wellnessbereich, Frühstück auf der Terrasse, Abendessen auch auf der Terrasse. Bitte die Fernsehfernbedienung regelmäßig aufladen, die war bei uns leer. Wir hatten glücklicherweise ein passendes USB- Ladegerät mit.

great location we went off peak which was great as it filtered the type of people that would have been there, rowdy drunk people. it was classy and elegant

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Views of the ocean were spectacular! Ocean was beautiful, water was perfect! Outdoor pool was small. Dinning in the area was extremely limited, and not food was not good. Hotel breakfast buffet was extremely expensive and not much selection or value for the money. I would recommend and come back.

The staff are some of the most warm, professional and welcoming I’ve ever met in a hotel. We had a wonderful stay as a group of women to celebrate a special birthday. The hotel had a perfect balance of relaxing space with the ability to explore the local area and beyond. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options, the food was fresh and tasty. It’s a shame there is limited sun bed space and the beach charges are so high for sunbeds.
