オクシデンタル プエルト バヌス

Stayed 4 nights (first time for me in Marbella). The hotel is nice and the room I had was spacious, clean and had a good/comfy large bed. But the room was facing a rather trafficked road outside, so I felt it was a bit noisy (not too bad though, with windows closed). The balcony was also facing the road, so not very tempting to sit down on (the hotel has other rooms, facing other parts of the area, and I would consider booking a room in another part of the building.) The swimmingpool was nice, but the patio around it is partly in shade much of the day (at least in end September). But convenient pool bar, serving drinks and food by the pool. Breakfast buffet was very good, with different selections. Seating both indoors and outdoor. Reception staff was friendly and helpful, but at times seemed a bit understaffed. Location is quite good, with easy walk down to the yacht harbor, the beach, shopping, restaurants and nightclubs. As mentioned, only negative was the closeness to the road on the northside of the hotel. All in all, good value for money in Puerto Banús

My room was beyond my expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. A delicious breakfast with a variety of food. Hotel ambience is very inviting and clean

Great size rooms, breakfast good selection, friendly staff.

Stayed here with 8 friends for my 50th. The rooms and hotel facilities were superb, very comfy beds. Nice and relaxing pool area. Great location, bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Very good value for money, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Buena ubicación , pero muy mal servicio. Pedí habitación de no fumar y la habitación tenía un fuerte olor de Tabaco. Pedí cambio y no se me concedió.

Occidental Puerto Banús La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y todo el ambiente de Puerto Banús. El hotel es moderno, limpio y con un personal muy amable que hace la experiencia agradable. El único detalle que no me permitió darle 5 estrellas es que por la noche se escuchan bastante los carros de la avenida, lo que dificulta descansar bien.

Very nice hotel, and it smells amazing in the lobby area. Very spacious room, spacious balcony, with great view of pool. Front desk staff…meh😕. I think they could use a bit more training. The location of this hotel is sooo convenient. We were in walking distance to so many places! Overall, enjoyed our stay! Absolutely love Puerto Banus and Marbella! Beautiful cities!
