立地は最高です。スタッフも親切で素晴らしい。部屋もおしゃれな感じになっている。しかし、ちょっと勝手が悪いところがあったり、設備が不十分なところがある。

メトロのコロン駅を出てすぐ、市役所や中央市場なども徒歩圏内、目の前にレンタル自転車ステーションと立地は申し分なし。 料金のわりに部屋は広くて清潔で、騒音もほとんどなく、快適であった。 ただし、温水供給システムに障害が発生し、4泊のうち3泊はぬるま湯未満の水でシャワーを浴びるしかなく、閉口した。年末年始の滞在だったため、修理の人が手配できなかったとのこと。必ずしもホテルのせいばかりではなくスペインという国の仕事の仕方の問題でもあるが、ホテルの評価を大幅に下げざるをえない。惜しい。

受付の女性がとても可愛らしく、対応も素早く、フレンドリーな人でした。エレベーターにはその日の天気や、観光客向けにちょっとした観光アドバイスなどが書かれてあり面白いです。

バレンシアでの大きな目印になるデパート、エルコルテイングレスの目の前で、地下鉄の駅コロンからも歩いてすぐで、とても便利でした。 ホテルの入口が小さいので一瞬見落としそうになりますが、番地を頼りに進めば大丈夫です。 ベッドも広く、シャワーのでもよかったです。ミニバーも高くはないので、飲み物を買い忘れても問題ありません。 ただ、昔ながらの手でドアを開けるエレベーターが少し怖かったです。まぁそれも楽しいといえば楽しいのですが。

Great location, across the road from the Colon metro station with direct service to the airport. The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, even taking my luggage up to my room. The entrance door to the hotel is opened manually by the reception staff, which makes the place feel quite secure as it prevents random people from walking in undetected. The room was fine. It had a 1970s style wooden shelving concept instead of a wardrobe or luggage stand, which was OK but the wood looked a bit tatty as it had been badly chipped and scratched, presumably as this is the only place to put luggage. The only issue in the room was that, despite making all the right beeping noises, the room safe would not actually close. I paid extra for an executive room with city view. Be mindful that the city view (from level 3) is actually looking directly at the huge grey wall of El Corte Inglés across the road, with no actual view of the city. Maybe the view from the higher floors is better. The executive room included a mini-bar with water, soft drinks, crisps and a chocolate bar. No prices were displayed, but there was a small charge on check-out for everything taken, apart from the bottled water that was apparently free. The breakfast was fine, although not as much choice as other breakfast buffets I've experienced in Spain.

Room was clean, spacious and had a great shower and good aircon. No tea or coffee facilities the only negatives.

Location is perfect and clearly the reason for choosing this hotel. The old town is in a walking distance and metro station Colon with direct line to airport is super close. Room was quiet as it faced to "inner courtyard"which was basically super small so that only thing you saw was the three walls facing the window, so no views even to see what's the weather like. Our standard room was small, very little space for clothes and no dressing mirror, bed hard and had odd extended base with sharp metal edges (careful so that you don't hurt yourself as we did!). Breakfast was good, nothing compared to Scandinavia but better than often in Spain. If you need gluten free, you have to ask for it one day before. With that you will get one packed white bread and a muffin. What was good was that they make from order an omelette or boiled egg.

Hotel muy bien situado, se está en el puro centro de Valencia y no se siente el ruido de la calle. Buen precio. Habitaciones limpias. Buen desayuno y personal amable.

Hotel con una posizione comodissima, centrale e vicino alle varie fermate autobus e metro. Super pulito, personale gentile e colazione continentale ottima. Consigliatissimo

The thermostat was locked but overall nice temperature in room, windows opened also. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for Fallas. Parades pass in the street below and windows to watch from above. Very close to metro and central sites in walking distance.

Location great. Room spotless. Staff friendly. Little bit more attention to detail wouldnt go a miss, ran out of toilet roll in room, no croissants at breakfast on last morning, they provide omlettes but dont ask yiu when you go to breakfast.

The room was quite small and cramped. The bathroom needed thorough clean around the shower and the hanging space was too short for most clothes.

Good location to access the old town & trains. Room was ok, I had not issues. Front desk staff were pleasant.
